Mechanism:
All staff working at HKIA are welcome to join “Give Me 5 in the Airport” campaign;
Voting card(s) will be given to each participating staff ;
Each participating staff is encouraged to invite passengers to vote for their excellent service
by signing on the voting card;
Voting cards filled with 10 signatures from passengers should be placed in the collection
boxes in Terminals 1 and 2;Participating staff can redeem a HK$50 HKIA cash coupon with
20 signatures from passengers;
There are six categories in the campaign, namely: Airlines and Passenger Handling Agents,
Retail shops, F&B and entertainment, Government and related bodies, Transport / Travel /
Hotel, Passenger Services;
There will be 5 winners for “Most Helpful Staff” and 5 winners for “Most Helpful Company” in
each category;
The top 5 staff by number of signatures collected will be awarded the “Most Helpful Staff”.
The top 5 companies by total number of signatures collected by their staff will be awarded the
“Most Helpful Company”.
Winning staff and companies will be invited to the award presentation on 11 December to
receive the certificates.
