SmartPlant P & ID 在炼油项目上的应用 许新刚 温世昌 赵秀文 ( 中国石油工程建设公司华东设计分公司 山东 青岛 266071 ) 本文介绍了智能绘图软件 - SmartPlant P & ID 首次在国内炼油项目中的应用概况 , 主要 涉及软件的功能 管理及使用 改变传统的 P ID 设计流程 , 提出 SmartPlant P & ID 的使用流程和 对应责任人 , 提高项目整体设计质量及设计效率 关键词 SmartPlant P & ID ; 工艺仪表流程图 ; Oracle 数据库 0 随着计算机科技的飞速发展 , 电脑绘图软件的 更新 代也日趋平凡 20 世纪末开始出现智能 PID , 使得 PID 的绘制不再局限于图面的内容 , 将工 厂逻辑结构即管线 设备和仪表等工艺信息体现在 PID , 大大提高工程设计的整体效率 使用智能 PID 是设计行业发展的必然趋势 , 目前业内主要使 用的智能 P ID 种类见( 1)。 1 目前主要使用的智能 P ID 软件 开发商 基于的软件平台 AutoPlant PID Bentley -Re bi s AutoCAD MicroStaion PlantSpace PID Bentley AutoCAD MicroStaion VANTAGE Plant Engineering PID AVEVA AutoCAD PDS 2D Intergraph M icroS taio n SmartPlant P &ID Intergraph 内置图形引擎 SmartPlant P & ID 是目前业内公认功能最为强 大的智能 PID , Intergraph 公司 1999 年推出的基于 数据库( O racle SQ L) 及规则驱动的工艺系统绘图 软件 , 它能更有效的创建和改进工厂配置 该软件所 承载的信息不仅仅是系统流程的图面内容 , 而且 丰富的内置属性 , 在绘图中 , 它能使用设计规则帮助 设计和配置工艺 SmartPlant P & ID PID 中所有 的工程参数保存在数据库的表空间中 , 使得 PID 所包 含信息更加全面 并且可以方便的实现系统图的图 面内容和各类设计行业所需要的报表 , 例如管道表 阀门表 仪表清册 保温规格表等等 进入 21 世纪以来 , 国内外各大工程公司陆续开 发及使用 SmartPlant P & ID , 目前 , 国外多数公司 都已具有相当成熟的 SmartPlant P & ID 应用技术 , Basf Bechtel KBR Worley Parsons 等已有大量 的工程应用 , 开始逐渐脱离 AutoCAD 近些年 , 内各大工程公司也都引入了该软件 , 但应用概况参 差不齐 , 大多为国外引进工艺包基础上开发 , 在炼油 项目中的应用目前尚无报道 1 SmartPlant P & ID 模块及功能 [ 1 ] SmartPLant P & ID 的应用工作主要分两大模 : 管理模块和应用模块 , 在每个模块下又有各自管 理器对绘图过程中对应环节进行管理 此外 , 管理 模块 包括对数据库的创建和维护 因此 , Smart - Plant P & ID 的应用人员相应分为两组 : 管理员和 绘图员 , 各司其职 1 . 1 管理模块 ( 1)SmartPlant Engineering M anager 智能工 程管理器 规划整个工程的工厂结构 , 划分区域 卷册 统等信息 分配用户角色 , 控制权限等系统性操作 , 以及工厂的备份恢复 升级 操作界面 ( 见图 1 )。 ( 2 )Data Dictionary Manager 数据字典管理器 数据字典管理器可以定义 PID 中所需要的属 , 以及需要参与智能计算的属性 关闭不需要显 示的属性 通过它可以生成模板供其他参考工程复 20 Computer Ap plications of Petroleum 2010 , Total 67 No . 3 作者简介 许新刚 , 工程师 , 2007 年毕业于华东理工大学化学工艺专业 , 获硕士学位 , 现从事炼油加氢工艺设计工作
