1.OverviewBJLM-80H series Servo Tank Gauges are designed for ambient and high pressure bulk liquid tank gauging systems with multiple functions being integrated into one unit, including measuring the liquid level, density, temperature, volume or mass tankage and the oil-water interface of the liquid in a tank, to facilitate the monitoring of tank inventory, custody transfer, inventory reconciliations and leak detections.

Low Level Alarm

Water level is measured by the probe via a resistance detection mechanism, which is more accurate and sensitive in capturing the interface and the measurement will not be effected by the emulsion layer as other displacers perfprmed.

When the product level reaches its high limit or low limit of the tank, the servo tank gauge will release an alarming signal for safety purposes.

After importing the tank volume profile, the tankage in volume and/or mass will be calculated by the servo gauge BJLM-80H based on the profile and the gauging data.

Liquid level is measured via the number of steps of the stepping motor acquired while the drum rotates

Temperature is measured at different heights of the product by the temperature sensor inside the displacer, and the average temperature is calculated

Density is measured at different heights of the product via the density sensor inside the displacer with a resonance mechanism And a higher accuracy for the standard density measurement is realized.

9. InstallationThe installation is a key issue to the tank gauging system. The tank gauge must be rigidly mounted

onto a mechanically stable point of the tank. Installation of still pipe is suggestive but not mandatory.
