WHEN THAT which must come to pass [at last] comes to

pass, there will be nought that could give the lie to its

having come to pass, abasing [some], exalting

[others]! When the earth is shaken with a shaking

[severe], and the mountains are shattered into [countless]

shards, so that they become as scatt ered dust – [on that

Day,] then, shall you be [divided into] three kinds.”

(Qur’an: Waqi-‘ah: 56: 1-7)

“Thus, there shall be such as will have attained to what is right:

oh, how [happy] will be they who have attained to what is

right! And there shall be such as will have lost them selves in

evil: oh, how [unhappy] will be they who have lost themselves

in evil!

But the foremost shall be [they who in life were] the foremost

[in faith and good works]: they who were [always] drawn close

unto Allah! In gardens of bliss [will they dwell] - a good many

of those of olden times, but [only] a few of later times. ”

him who calls (U-JEE-BU-DA’WA-TAD-DAA-’I),

whenever he calls unto Me (IDZA-DA-’AAN): let them,

then, respond unto Me (FAL-YAS-TA-JEE-BU-LEE), and

believe in Me (WAL-YU’-MI-NUU-BEE), so that they

might follow the right way (LA-’AL-LAHUM-YAR-

SHUDUU-N).”

(Qur’an: Baqorah: 2: 186)

that the true satisfaction to the question asked, indeed is that the true satisfaction to the question asked, indeed is in our in our

connectionconnection, how to be intimate or (, how to be intimate or (TAQARRUBTAQARRUB) gaining closeness to ) gaining closeness to

Allah – the Unseen Divine, Who alone is God, having no partners nor Allah – the Unseen Divine, Who alone is God, having no partners nor

(Association; setting up rivals or partners to Allah) – because (Association; setting up rivals or partners to Allah) – because DU’ADU’A is is

essential essential ‘IBAADAH.‘IBAADAH.


AD-DU-’AA – MUAD-DU-’AA – MUKHKH--KHKHUL- ‘IBAA - DAA-TUL- ‘IBAA - DAA-T

““AD-DU’AAD-DU’A (Supplication) is the marrow (essence) of (Supplication) is the marrow (essence) of

WA- ‘IL – LA-TIN, - WAGH – FIR-LA-NAA – KUL-LA – MA’ - SWI-YA-TINWA – ZAL – LA-TIN, - WA – TSAB-BIT-NAA – ‘ALAL-HAQ-QI

WAL – MIL- LA-TI, - WAJ- ‘AL – LA-NAA – MU –DZAK –KI –RANMU – ‘EE - NAN – MIN – ‘IBAA-DI-KAL – A-DIL-LAH


O Allah, protect us from all misleading tribulations, cure us

from all sicknesses and diseases, forgive us for all our sins and

errors, affirm us upon the truth and the religion, and assign for

us reminders and helpers from amongst Your guiding servants.


WA – IDZAA – ARAD – TA – BI – ‘IBAA-DI-KA – FIT-NA-TANFAQ – BIDW – NAA – ILAI – KA – GHOY-RA – MAF – TUU – NEE-N,

WA – LAA – DWAL-LEE-NA – WA – LAA - MU– DWIL-LEE-N, - BI-MAN – NI –KAWA – KA –RA - MI-KA – YAA – AR-HA-MAR – RAA – HI-MEE-N

And when You will that Your servants be afflicted by tribulations, seize

us to you without being afflicted, misguided or misguiding, by Your

Mercy and Grace, O The Most Merciful of All Who Show Mercy.


ALLAA-HUM-MA’ – SWEEM-NAA – BI – FADW – LI-KA – MIN- FIT-NA-TIL – MA-SEE- KHID - DAJ – JAA-L

WA – MIN – SUU – IL – A’ – MAA-LI – WA – FA-SAA- DIL –AH – WAA-L

WA – FU - DWUU- LIL – AQ – WAA-L

O Allah, preserve us by Your favours from the False Messiah (Al-

Maseeh Ad-Dajjal) * , and from evil deeds and corrupted states,
