Objec�ve of this course is to impart skills required to design the tools such as Mould Tool, Press tool, Jigs and Fixtures. Understanding the loca�ng principles, Modular concept used in building assembly jigs, 3D CAD tools to build clash free assemblies of the tools etc.

The aim of this course is to expose to methods of data collec�on, Data valida�on, Material selec�on, DFMA, Importance of Prototype and models. Applica�on of CAD/CAE/CAM/CAQC /PLM solu�ons at various stages of NPD

Objec�ve of this course is to understand the procedure to undertake the reverse engineering, usage of the various measuring instruments ,data collec�on method, iden�fying and jus�fying the need to cut the parts, Adapt CMM/ scanning method on need basis.

Geometric dimensioning and Tolerencing is the founda�on for transferring the design to object. Objec�ve is to learn interpre�on of GD&T symbols with error free manufacturing drawings.
