Modeling and assembling of the new Collapsible footstep as per the bus body code

AIS-052.

Mechanism of the system is simulated for accessing the system from both inside and

outside of the bus.

Various possible alterations were made on assembly to get better design.

Selection of material for the designed components.

Analyzed structural strength of the system using ANSYS software.

Other Responsibilities: Bench marking of different vehicle dimensions as per the Bus Body Code AIS-052

Dimension Verification for the new vehicle prototype and assign demerit points.
