For all intents and severely disabled, including the blind, the law 104 of 1992 provides certain rights such as welfare:

paid to disabled workers than 2 hours per day or 3 days a month, or paid leave to parents of disabled children

In addition to the telephone switchboard blind, all public and private workers, according to Law 120 of 1991, are entitled to a cash contribution equal to 4 months a year of service actually performed.According to the same law graduates blind can access the careers directives of the State and public bodies and competitions of the judiciary, no special benefits, if not the assistance during the written tests in competitions.The visually impaired exercise freely, without obligations and requirements , the private professions such as lawyers, psychologists, administrative and fiscal advisors, traders, etc. etc. ..
