Passed through carbon filter which helps in removing taste order chlorine
from the water.
Reverse osmosis-Here water is treated with high concentration to make it to
low concentration, carbonic acid is passed and PH levels are noted.
Passed through chlorine tank and chlorine dosing is done, for this carbon is
passed to remove chlorine from water (again).
This water is treated at 5, 3 and 1 levels of micro filters for purity.

Paper Process of Making:-
The bamboo is finely cut in small blocks and is passed through the crushers and solution consisting of water, chlorine and some chemicals so that it is made into the form of pulp.
Press Part: - This pulp mixture of water (99.1%) and wood (.o9%) is passed through the air type box where we could see it in the form of thin cloth, here dewatering takes place.
Dryer part: - Here the sheet would be dried and pressed so that the water would get evaporated in the form of steam as the rollers would be moving in wave format through number of cylinders.
Now we will get the fully dried paper, passed for smoothing.
Machine Glazing Cylinder: - This would help the paper to get glazing, if passed through only one side of the cylinder that would get polished and if passed on both sides the full sheet would be glazed. This was brought by the company for 2.5 Cr. Rupees.
These sheets are rolled in the form of reels.
The thickness of paper is calculated by QUADRANT SCALE instrument in GSM (grams per square meter) for every one hour.
If so there is any difference of GSM size at any point of the making that reel would be dumped to the recycling unit, from here the whole process would be done again .In this unit the wasted paper sheets, torn are also recycled.
The finished goods are weighted and are sent to store houses.
Different types of papers manufactured by APPM:-
Writing and printing
Industrial
Copier
Newsprint
APPM supplies to Modi Xerox, Indo National, MacMillan, Navaneet Publications Master Coat, and Speciality Coatings...etc.
