CHRISTMAS OUTREACH – DECEMBER 2011

As part of their Christmas Outreach programme this year, the Single Working Adults Ministry (SWAM) of Holy Family Church, Kajang organized a Christmas fellowship at the Welcome Community Home on December 3, 2011, at Bt. Arang, which cares for HIV/AIDS victims. About ten (10) children, also AIDS victims from Rumah Jireh and seven single mothers from Rumah Ozanam, which are both located nearby, also joined in the fellowship.

A little more than 150 youths from various colleges and universities came to Holy Family Church at Kajang, to participate in a 12-hour Pentecost Stay Awake vigil starting from Friday 8.00 p.m. to Saturday 8.00 a.m.  To balance the quiet time for reflection and prayer, the time around the campfire was fun-filled with games and dance and song.
