This area must allow for the following elements required for passenger service:

• Concourse Restrooms: 4,835 SF

• Number of seats required = 521 or 8,300 SF. (Including standing)

• Airlines gate support per AA standards = 831 SF

• Egress per code: no less than 20 feet wide total (aggregated, 10’ min. at any location) 7,360 SF

• Boarding Area based on AA standards: 750 SF ea. gate. Total 3000 SF

• Gate Podium Area: 529 SF ea. gate pier. Total 1,058 SF

• Vending/ATM/Services will also be included in the area

• Total Concourse area: 368’ x 80’ = 27,986 SF
