SIM emulator software & hardware by the android

The Androidhas written a *wonderful*SIM

emulator in turbo pascal. It emulates the

file serving part of a SIM card AND the

GSM authentication routines !"M#$%&'.

there are no restrictions to what SIM

in charge and there are no restrictions as to which fields can be

changed + AD- AT- etc.. The circuit board in the middle is a smart

card adaptor that was used to log trafic between phone and SIM during

the ongoing' development of the program. The program does not re1uire

I6 .+ Some people are e9periencing trouble using ASIM with the

newer phones- here is a fi9 /ou must first power on the phone

without the interface card present- then load clone.dat- e9ecute

the clone emulation option- and then insert the interface into

the phone while phone is powered'.

Turbo #ascal 6.8 has a bug in regards to reall) fast machines

and the !T unit. (hen the program starts up- it immediatel)

crashes with a divide b) 4ero error. 0se this fi9if )oue9perience problems with these programs.

7IC *829: based test card

onn)has written #I! code for emulating the file serving routines of

a SIM cardand modified it to contain the specific entries for the

Motorola GSM test card. This will allow )ou to program )our own- IS"

or plug+in si4e test card without having to haul a #! H laptop and

season interface along with )ou. /ou will need a blan wafer card

around $8 0SD when sold one at a time' and a programmer. #I! card

programmers are ver) popular among satelite dish owners- so )ou can

often find someone to program it for )ou if )ou do not want to buildone )ourself. If )our @#"M H device programmer supports the

and program the card that wa). The fuses should be set as follows

menu configuration easil) as well as editing the phoneboo with ease

and uploading )our own waeup graphic screen to the phone > 3ave fun

with it- tae care and remember to send me copies of )our frames and

customi4ed graphics > Do not use with 6%88 and older phones. ead the

e9cellent documentation before )ou tr) to use M@DIT. M@DIT is a

h)brid between ASIM and M@DIT + M@DIT will let )ou do ever)thing from

one program with command line parameters. If )ou manage to enable the !hinese- Thai or orean language

option on a unit that normall) does not support this- do not

select it .It has shown to crash &788 = &688Cs + "nl) the &:88

with &688 displa)' should have these at least comple9 chinese

character' options.

The same warning applies to menus that depend on special

hardware inside the phone- e.g. voice+recording- voice+

activation- voice+dialling etc. Do not enable those menus if

)our phone lacs the necessar) hardware>
