SikaFix KitInjection Repair Kit for Leaking Foundations
Description The SikaFix Kit is an injection package for the repair of leaking cracks, static joints and voids, such as those in foundations. The kit includes a two-part polyurethane grout which expands in the presence of moisture to form a tough, flexible foam that firmly bonds to surfaces and seals against water.
Where to Use The SikaFix Kit permanently stops the flow of unwanted water penetrating into or through: Foundationandbasementwalls. Crackedorhoneycombedconcrete. Concreteandmasonrysurfaces. Pipeandutilitiesintrusions.Wastewaterorseptictanks.

Cleanallcrackswellwithawirebrush to removealldust, laitance(thincement film),curingcompounds, loose, friable and foreign particles, grease and any material which would obstruct bond of mortar and penetration of grout.
Substrates should be clean and sound and moisture must be present to bond the mortar and activate the grout.
Application Fixing of Sika Injection 'T's - Starting from bottom of the crack/joint/void and using finishing nails, warm glue or silicone, fix Sika Injection 'T'portsat15-20cm(6-8in)intervals.
Ensure each port is centered across crack and port is not blocked. Temporarily place plastic plugs supplied into the ports if there is potential for anything to enter and block injection ports.
Plugging the Crack - Wetcrack/joint/voidthoroughlywithcleanwatertoensureadhesionofSikasetPlug.Surfacesmustbesaturatedbutclearofstandingwaterwhenpluggingmortaris applied.

Injecting the Crack - IMPORTANT: Thoroughly pre-wet crack/joint/void with clean water to ensure Sikafix PU will expand and form a sealing foam, as required. SikaFix PU WILL NOT EXPAND WITHOUT WATER.
