COLLEGE READINESS STANDARDS (CRS)
• The CRS represent the effort of higher education to share with basiceducation the expectations of academic higher learning systemsfrom pre-university education.
• The foundational college standards – over-all and by subject area-will serve basic education graduates by providing the over-allframework of knowledge and capacities they are to possess in orderto be prepared for university life.
• The CRS serve as the partial basis of the curricula of Grades 11 and12, especially for students aiming to take higher education.
