ASAP - ADVANCE SKILL ACQUISITION PROGRAM

The Institute provides an opportunity to students to work in the industry for short duration finite projects in order to enhance their learning and improve their managerial skills. 117 students undertook short-term projects offered by such organizations as Big Bazaar, Snapsearch, and PharmEasy during 2018-19.

As per the GTU guidelines, students are required to undergo a summer internship of 6 to 8 weeks. To facilitate this process, the institute organized an SIP recruitment drive, during which 15 organizations which included among others The Times of India, Business Standard, MotivPrints, IIFL, Edelweiss, CIMS, Tradebulls and SharkID, recruited from a mix of 80 interested students.

SUMMER INTERNSHIP RECRUITMENT DRIVE

To keep students abreast of the latest developments and innovations in the field of management, the Institute organizes academic events – seminars, workshops, symposiums etc. – under the banner of TEAM. CPIMR conducted a seminar on the theme of “Digital Transformation: Impact on Businesses” under the flagship TEAM.

TEAM – TOWARDS EXCELLENCE IN ACADEMICS AND MANAGEMENT

Guest lectures are an important component of the “extra-curricular” education acquired in a B-school. Mid- to senior-level executives from organizations such as Pantaloons, OPPO, Symphony and Urban Chowk, while talking on a range of issues help to impart industry specific nuggets of wisdom to the students. Alumni were involved in the conduct of Viva for the Comprehensive Projects being undergone by the 4th semester students.
