My Salutations to all Pious Souls........

The objective of human birth is to reach the ‘Truth’

because it is only with this wish that man takes birth. Man

has to reclaim the same ‘detached state’ in which

Paramatma has given birth to him, and this detached state

is called the ‘State of Moksha or Liberation’. However, man

has to obtain this State of Moksha during his lifetime. Man

has to be detached from everything that he has acquired

after his birth – his name, race, language, religion and

country. He has to remove and throw away all his external

covering layers; and man tries to do so too. He gets

freedom from the faults and defects of his physical body

after he frees himself of the feeling of ‘I’. Man finds it

hardest to free himself from the covering layer of the

family ‘religion’ - the religion accepted by his family,

because man thinks that he can attain Moksha only by

following his religion. Therefore, he connects more and

more with his religion. But the truth is that religion is only

‘a staircase’ and man has to rise above it; and this is the

reason why a ‘religious fanatic’ can never attain Moksha.

The second most difficult covering layer is ‘the form of

Paramatma’. Actually, Paramatma is ‘formless’. But man

gets stuck in the shape and form (of Paramatma) that he

himself has created. He can therefore obtain the ‘State of

Moksha’ only after he detaches himself from the shape and

form of ‘Paramatma’. The sages in the Himalayas have

obtained this state during their lifetime and 65 ‘Jain Monks’

who have attained freedom from the form of ‘Paramatma’

and ‘religion’ are also included with them.

In the Himalayas, all the sages follow only one ‘religion’

and that is ‘inner-religion of the soul’, and Paramatma is

‘Lord of the Soul’ (Atmadev). Every sage has experienced

Paramatma right inside himself and this is the reason why

their external quest has ended, and they are immersed

continuously in their inner-joy.

They have achieved the ‘Final Truth’ which is the sole

‘Ultimate Truth’. I pray to Paramatma that all of you may

reach the same Ultimate Truth in the New Year. With lots
