PROJECTS DESCRIPTION

DDRINT: DDRINT stands for Document Direct for Internet. Web applications view documents with DocumentDirect for the Internet and e-Search & View clients, using any browser with no plug-ins required. Windows applications are provided document viewing through DocumentDirect and DocumentDirect Application Suite clients. ViewDirect also provides interfaces to document-enable your existing Web and Windows applications.

Document Direct for the Internet searches and displays content located anywhere in the enterprise. It gives users a familiar, easy-to-use Windows Explorer-type interface and robust annotation facilities. Document Direct for the Internet enables simultaneous viewing of multiple diverse documents, flexible annotation and viewing options, powerful Boolean search capabilities and a scripting facility to automate tasks. The Enterprise Explorer interface of Document Direct for the Internet allows you to access content located anywhere within the enterprise, organize the content any way that you want, display the content and quickly navigate to different parts of the displayed data. The Enterprise Explorer interface contains an Explorer tree that lists content in the repository. You can browse through the Explorer tree to locate the content you want to view.

FEATURES One can view detailed reports for the specific bank. User can store the different sections of a particular report ID. Offers flexibility of viewing the specific section in HTML, PDF or IMAGE format. Liberty of performing different operations like search, print, download, open the selected

report’s section on the basis of Report id, Report end date etc.

MOBIUS: Mobius is a Document Archival and Distribution Platform. One can Archive any kind of Document like docs, PDF etc. Access for each document can be restricted by setting different permissions. Archiving is a process where a document is saved in a repository with its version information.

The document could be retrieved by providing the Report and version information anytime later. AutoArchiver is a Proprietary product from Mobius.AutoArchiver is custom built archiver by SEI/NTTDATA which has all of the AutoArchiver functionalities and more. Mobius could be used as Document Distribution (Email/Fax) to dispatch statements.

ABS: View Direct ABS, the Audit and Balancing System, is a data-quality control software tool that helps ensure the integrity and consistency of enterprise information. Manual balancing—controlling processes for accurate, consistent data—is a complex, error-prone art. ABS (Audit and Balancing System) ensures financial accuracy by auditing and balancing data across applications and platforms, and alerts key personnel when irregularities are detected. The financial statement files also known as Report files or Job Files. Each file may have data for several accounts. Each account has one or more schedules and each schedule has one or more categories. Files are categorized into four types according to the time in which they are processed: Annual, Quarterly, Monthly and Semi-Annually. The statement file generated may have multiple accounts for that report period (Monthly- E6, Quarterly- E7, Semi- E9 and Annuals-E8).

Roles and Responsibilities in the project:

Understanding the System Requirement Specification and Business Logic. Performed manual testing as per the functionality. Reported test results and bugs found during testing effectively. Performed Regression Testing on the module after fixing the bug. Performed System Testing. Involved in peer reviews with team members. Discussed the project progress and forthcoming strategy over conference call. Analyzing the data with the help of database and tables for the proper testing. Gave several Presentations on the project related topics.
