Stereotype If we try to define the word "stereotype" as would a dictionary definition would get something like this: "A set of ideas that a group or society obtained from previously established norms or cultural patterns." This shows that deep stereotypes are the product of a particular attributing feature objects (or groups), which has its origin in an improper or too rough generalization and arbitrary reality, and therefore It tends to dispense with any logical conclusion or an experimental verification.

Prejudice Stereotypes are beliefs characteristics associated with different social groups: physical characteristics, interests, goals, activities, preferred occupations, etc. They can be positive or negative. Prejudice is a (positive or negative) evaluation of a social group and its members, and their feelings and emotions depend on beliefs about the characteristics of the group. Prejudice, and discrimination are based may be as a result of stereotypes. Stereotypes, prejudice and discrimination are heightened in conflict or economic recession. They are a group norm (explicit or implicit), and learning depends on the acceptance of the standard, which are reinforced by socialization, which is an instrumental learning or molded (Hamilton, 2007).

It occurs when a person is treated less favorably than another in a comparable situation on grounds of disability, explaining only the difference in treatment where there is reasonable cause to substantiate the same, so the only criteria of differentiation can not be disability of a person.   8. 8. Seven Concepts on Human Relations Depression Depression can be described as feeling sad, blue, unhappy, miserable, or collapsed. Most of us feel this way occasionally for short periods. Depression is a common mental disorder, which is characterized by sadness, loss of interest or pleasure, feelings of guilt or worthlessness, disturbed sleep or appetite, tiredness and lack of concentration. Depression can get to become chronic or recurrent and substantially hinder performance at work or school and the ability to cope with everyday life. In its most severe form, it can lead to suicide. If mild, it can be treated without drugs, but when you have moderate or severe character may need medication and professional psychotherapy.

INTIMIDATION Harassment becomes an illegal action under the Fair Employment Act when an employee, supervisor or Coworker harasses a person because of race, color, creed, ancestry, national origin, age (40 years and older), disability or handicap, sex, history or criminal record, marriage or marital status, sexual orientation or membership in the military reserve. Harassment can include verbal abuse, such as the use of epithets or nicknames offensive, vulgar, or derogatory language, display of comic drawings or other offensive material, mime, obscene or offensive gestures, and tell jokes or make jokes that offend or insult members protected group mentioned above. To be illegal, the conduct must include more than a few isolated incidents or casual comments. It should consist of a series of incidents of abusive and degrading conduct directed against a member of a class protected by law, serious enough to interfere with your work or creating an offensive and hostile work.
  10. 10. Working relationships often generate facts and omissions that affect their normal course, resulting in differences of different nature, called labor disputes.
