International Baccalaureate Program at

Seminole High School and Winter Springs

High School offers college-level courses that

provides a distinct competitive edge. To

ensure success in this rigorous and

demanding program, Seminole County

Public Schools has implemented a

comprehensive 6th-12th continuum where

course-work is integrated and sequential so

that students can leverage learning to their

maximum advantage.

Millennium Middle School is anintegral part of that continuum.

The SCPS Pre-IB Prep Program is a

curriculum strand that prepares students for

the IB Program at Seminole High School and

Winter Springs High School. Students

should only apply for the SCPS Pre-IB Prep

Program if they are interested in a

challenging academic curriculum. The

program includes a rigorous course of study,

analytical thinking, research, and problem

solving. Students are also required to take a

world language.

Eligibility RequirementsIn-zone students are automatically assignedto Millennium Middle School. Out-of-zonestudents residing in Seminole County whoare currently in grades 5, 6 and 7 may applyto attend.
