Setting Engineering Change Order Options

Trigger:

Concept

The Set ECO Options page enables you to set engineering change order options for Oracle

Engineering only. You can enter an item whose use-up date is tied to each revised item effective

date. The default is the use-up item associated with the plan name. This can be the revised item or

a component of the revised item.

Oracle Alert automatically notifies the planner for the revised item if the use-up date changes

based on information from a new MRP plan.

In this topic, you will set engineering change order options.

Step Action

1. Begin by navigating to the Mass Changes page.

Click the vertical scrollbar.

options.

revised item and to enter an item whose use-up date is tied to each revised item's

16. Enable the MRP Active check box to indicate whether you want Oracle Master

Scheduling/MRP to include the revised item in the planning process.

Click the MRP Active option.

17. Use the Use Up option to indicate whether each revised item's effective date is

based upon the planned item's use-up date.

Click the Use Up option.
