Introduction

Campus - Polo Formativo is a Group made up of companies and Associations that operate in the field of training. Based on solidarity and business principles social aggregation, it is proposed, within a broader dissemination of the culture, training, non-hospital emergency and occupational safety, to carry out an activity of study, research, design and implementation of activities and initiatives at in order to promote the social aims by making them available to the associates / affiliates members as well as public and private bodies operating in the sector. Our Mission is focused on the homogenization of health education, emergency extra hospital and occupational safety, aimed at both workers in all work environments, both for trainers, as a whole as designers and organizers, managers of centers and services, tutors and teachers, organizing companies and of promotion, so that their work is always more quality and of great capacity and responsibility. CAMPUS FOR A NEW HEALTH EMERGENCY TRAINING outside the hospital The quality of the non-hospital health emergency is developing now clear and definitive, with the decisive role of training. We are facing, unfortunately, to an army of "improvisers", good at their job, but that they carry out teaching without any preparation and knowledge of the training "system". Even more serious are the gaps that concern the planning of training actions and above all the verifications of learning that must be addressed to the change. CAMPUS has the ideal aspiration to help develop the "good" conscientious and responsible training "which must fight against training obliged only to fulfill the legislative requirements bureaucratically. CAMPUS WITH ALL THE "SUBJECTS" OF TRAINING We want to involve and extend our Mission to all the environments where it is studies, develops and realizes training: from the world of work to school, from the large and small industry at the University, from public institutions to large companies. Through the Scientific Association of Training & Research N.R.C. (National Rescue Council) proposes open models: in fact, from the contribution of all members, they are born experiences, techniques, methods, materials, documents, testimonials and skills of increase and develop individual potential. Healthcare training, in particular in the emergency, it represents a fundamental frontier for guarantee effective interventions in case of emergency. The CAMPUS GROUP - Polo Formativo is one of the main Italian realities of the sector. GROUP CAMPUS - Training Center, born from the intuition of FRANCESCO Dott.

"N.R.C. - National Rescue Council ", as a Scientific Association for Training & Research,

is registered in the list of Italian medical-scientific societies held and updated by the

Federation of Italian Medical-Scientific Societies (FISM - n. A204) It was born in the

year 2012 as an Association of health personnel and volunteer operating in the extra-

hospital health emergency, in Turin, with the specific intent to safeguard human life

through the dissemination of basic and advanced first aid and unified

cardiopulmonary resuscitation (RCPU) , which for this very reason concerns the adult,

the child and the infant and the dissemination of techniques for managing traumatic

events. "N.R.C. - National Rescue Council ", pursues the highest purposes outlined

above also through the research activity of its own study center, as well as favoring

interdisciplinary and inter-professional collaboration. In this regard, in the field of

cardiopulmonary resuscitation, it conforms to and incorporates the guidelines

expressed and updated in 2015 by the International Liaison Committee on

Resuscitation (I.L.C.O.R.) and is committed to their dissemination through its own

training network. The activity of NRC is integrated with those of similar Associations

and Italian and foreign Bodies and, in particular, with those pertaining to the world

guidelines dictated by the ILCOR and by the Continental Agencies such as ERC, AHA,

RCA, ANZCOR, RSCA, JRG and HSFC.

In this perspective, the goals of NRC are:

• Spread the guidelines internationally throughout the national territory accepted for

the practice of CPR and Trauma Care;

• Participate in the process of critical updating of these guidelines in all locations

national and international;

• Promote activities of verification and control of the quality of the practices

resuscitators in order to achieve the standardization of procedures and how to

document resuscitation interventions, thus making the collection and processing of

statistical data is possible;

• Manage professional updating and training also through annual programs of

educational activity of Continuous Medical Education (ECM), through training

agreements with the partner Provider ECM FEST ITALIA - SERVICES INTEGRATED

• Provide systems to verify the type and quality of the activities performed;

• Develop and / or adapt training programs to the national reality resuscitation for all

potential users, from the simple citizen to the figures health professionals;

• Proceed to the accreditation of operators and institutions operating in the CPR

training sector, in agreement with the Scientific Organizations internationally

recognized;

• Coordinate research activities; "N.R.C. - National Rescue Council ", is in fact present

in every Region of Italy with a articulated peripheral training network, through which

it pursues its goals statutory. Note that in all regions, including Piedmont, Lombardy,

Veneto, Tuscany and Lazio, the Association is recognized and accredited as a training

institution for use of the external semiautomatic defibrillator for the personal

layman, in accordance with the Resolutions of the Government issued by the regions

themselves. To spread as much as possible the rescue operations on the national

territory, NRC is organized with peripheral Training Centers (NFCs), such as

establishes regular and specific collaboration contracts for the realization of the

courses. It is part of the CAMPUS Training Center, a group of training institutions in

which National Rescue Council (NRC) represents the non-profit organization to which

membership fees are attached. All NRC Instructors / Trainers must be registered in

order to operate National Council of NRC, after the possible acceptance of the

admission application, payment of the planned fee, acceptance by the Board of

Directors. The Association also treats and updates its national register on line

instructors, to which all instructors trained by N.R.C. and that continue the activity of

dissemination and teaching, in the staff to the same.

AIF TRAINING FEET A.I.F. Pielletraining s.a.s. by Paolo Losa & C. is the company expert in communication and teaching of the group, was established April 23, 2003 as a "synthesis" of the past decennial commitment in the training and methodological sector. Thanks also to the study of foreign realities, since birth the teaching body has shared to set very ambitious educational goals: motivate students to updating themselves by inducing them into the "passion" for training. In addition to detailed knowledge of the international guidelines of the various sectors, therefore, our teachers will always find the passion for teaching and constant commitment to personalize and facilitate the learning of each participant in any course. The peculiarity of our company therefore lies precisely in the quality of the teachers / trainers whom we use to propose effective teaching and modern, in step with the most recent and widespread communication methods used a international level and aimed at improving the learning process of the learners. To achieve this ambitious goal we require our teachers in commitment really onerous, making him attend, in addition to the normal path technical provided by the various disciplines, including courses in teaching methodologies and communication, construction of scenario simulations and evaluation systems, practical experience in the field that will go to teach etc. In the field of professional training the A.I.F. Pielletraining addresses everything the personnel working in the health field and in the territorial health emergency proposing and organizing courses for nurses, doctors and rescuers engaged in the territorial emergency, to all the subjects in charge of safety Healthcare at Public and Private Schools, Nursing Homes and Hospitals, Gyms, Companies of any type. In A.I.F. Pielletraining we find prevention courses for domestic and school accidents and at work, first aid courses for mothers, teachers and babysitters on evaluation of home risks and on the airway obstruction in the child e in the infant. Teaching and communication courses are then held regularly those who already carry out training activities (also in the non-health field). The remarkable space dedicated to practice and simulation have made particularly appreciated these meetings from those who participated and who have documented their full satisfaction. This collaboration has always been based on practical tests of the various possibilities of use of health facilities and recovery maneuvers of the traumatized patient at sea. In the 2014-2015 period 3 Courses on the Design of Evaluation Systems for the Realization of Personal Services have been included as seminars at the University of Macerata Since 2016, Prof. Paolo Losa teaches the course on Design and Evaluation of Social Services at the University of Macerata in the fifth year of the Master's Degree. Paolo Losa is one of the Founding Members of the National Rescue Scientific Society Council, member of the Board of Directors and National Head of Education.

FEST ITALIA-Servizi Integrati FEST ITALIA - Servizi Integrati sas is the Provider ECM

of the group.

Its activities are carried out throughout Italy through a

large group of professionals experiences in health and social education for both

companies and companies for private individuals. The courses are carried out

following an analysis of training needs, they are carried out by highly qualified

teachers.

FEST ITALIA - Servizi Integrati sas is ECM Provider registered in the National Register

No. 3351 for all health professions and throughout the national territory; the

methodology formative is the RES one.

FEST ITALIA - Servizi Integrati sas organizes training courses both directly at its

customers both at its headquarters in Turin. In fact, it is inherent in the structure the

presence of a teaching room with a capacity of 30 seats in theater style and system

of video projection. The duration of the courses and their contents can be adapted

to customer needs in order to facilitate work processes and methodology used which

often includes both classroom lessons and practical exercises.

FEST ITALIA - Integrated Services sas thanks to an experienced and qualified Staff

NRC-TRAINING SCHOOL

NRC-Training School is the educational body of the Technical-Scientific Association of

Non-profit Training & Research NATIONAL RESCUE COUNCIL, dated 07.11.2017 on

Board of Directors deliberates for its establishment. On 02.29.2018 in Rieti comes

established and appointed the MANAGEMENT STAFF.

The purpose of the NRC-Training School is to support the evolution process of the

health education in our country and to deal with partners international organizations

with which to confirm current collaborations. With the same enthusiasm as the

promoters of the N.R.C. Association, a STAFF DIRECTION appointed by the

Association Formation Direction convenes all subjects interested in learning

processes to fix and circulate ideas, ideas and elaborations useful to support the

development of Healthcare Organizations e of People in their social, cultural and

competitive dimensions. NRC-Training School organizes, through its Regional Offices

and its Groups Work, health conferences, university masters and high-level courses

specialization involving thousands of people.

NURSING ITALIA

The activity of Nursing Italia begins in 2019 in Turin on the intuition of the nurse

Francesco Mancuso with the first nursing clinic. The goal is to provide the first nursing

care both in the outpatient and in the home environment guaranteeing 24 / 24h

coverage in the city area.

The quality of the services offered wants to respect the Swiss efficiency model

(territory of experience and professional growth of the nurse Francesco Mancuso)

which: quality services, provided in a short time, with staff qualified and latest

generation instrumentation.

Nursing Italia has always been oriented towards growth, innovation and the

specialization, developing its activity in 360 ° in the health sector and ensuring the

SPORT ITALIA

The activity of Sport Italia begins in 2019 in Turin based on the intuition of the

Sporting Director for the amateur companies Dott. Francesco Mancuso. The objective

of Sport Italia is to train future Leaders through a specific course.

TECNICO dell’EMERGENZA e SOCCORSO

(T.E.S.)

Being an Emergency and Rescue Technician means being one

professional who independently of the Association of provenance

(ANPAS, CRI, MISERICORDIE), is committed every day to a uniform

training throughout the national territory, for the gratification of the commitment

and recognition with the establishment of the T.E.S.

Each T.E.S., in the context in which it lives (family, school, work), is precious

collaborator of the family doctor, the family nurse and the Nation in the context of

activities ranging from prevention to rescue, to social assistance.

Being T.E.S. it means actively participating in the construction of a health network

fairer and more supportive out-of-hospital emergency. Together with the volunteers

will play a key role in the work of information and raising public awareness and

spreading a better culture health and prevention for health protection.

The T.E.S. its primary objective is growth, innovation and the specialization of their

own professional rescuers and volunteer rescuers, developing its business at 360 °

throughout the national territory and ensuring the ongoing and ongoing training

through agreements with the National Rescue Council's Technical Science & Training

Association for Non-Profit Research, with the NRC University Training School and the

National CME Provider F.E.S.T. ITALY Integrated Services.

The T.E.S. hopes for a full and transparent collaboration with the historians
