You will have access to your own CDE Account Manager and this approach ensures a detailed knowledge of your material, your plant and your expectations. All of this combines to ensure a safer, cleaner and more productive processing plant.
Regular Plant AuditsPrevention is better than cure and this is what drives our after sales service. Our extensive knowledge has been developed over decades and hundreds of installations processing many diff erent materials and is enhanced by our unique focus on the Science of Washing.

ServiceMax™ Key Services
Preventative MaintenanceOur Preventative Maintenance Contracts have been proven to have a dramatic positive impact on plant production levels. This service ensures regular and detailed plant inspections and reports from a senior member of our installation and service team.
There are various levels of service contracts available, the costs of which are annual and dependent on the CDE equipment that you have on site.
Spare PartsOn installation of your CDE washing plant you will receive a full Recommended Spares List (RSL) detailing all of the individual spare parts on your processing plant.
This RSL acts as an ongoing point of reference ensuring effi cient ordering and delivery of the correct spare parts to site, thus minimising plant downtime.

• EvoWash™ spares• ProGrade™ Screen spares• RotoMax™ & AggMax™ spares• Filter Press Spares• AquaCycle™ Thickener Spares• Conveyor Spares• Warman Pump Spares

Following installation of the wash plant Lafarge signed up to one of our ServiceMax™ packages and as a result benefi t from regular site audits carried out by a senior member of our dedicated GB Service Team. These visits have yielded the following results:
• Plant production maximised due to effi cient spares stock holding by Lafarge based on recommendations made by CDE Service Personnel.
• All operators fully trained in the operation and maintenance of all equipment on site ensuring the effi cient operation of the washing plant on a day to day basis.
• Working life of plant items maximised due to the eff ective implementation and monitoring of all recommended maintenance regimes.
• Strong focus on site cleanliness minimising the time required for maintenance and maximising site health and safety.

JA Jackson signed up to our Platinum ServiceMax™ package following installation of their C&D recycling plant in 2010. This ensures monthly site inspections for the 6 months immediately following commissioning and quarterly visits after this.
Operator training has been key in this instance and the service visits have ensured that all plant operators are fully trained on the operation and maintenance of what is the fi rst washing plant that JA Jacksons have operated.
This has included essential training on the recalibration of individual items of equipment to cope with the variations in feed material that is unavoidable when processing C&D waste.
Implementation of eff ective site maintenance and plant maintenance regimes have also ensured the safest, cleanest and most productive plant is in operation for JA Jackson.
