The process spans approximately 5 weeks and includes the following:

• Customer prepares list of questions, issues and concerns (2 weeks prior to onsite visit)

• Review of current configuration (1 week prior to onsite visit)

• On-site visit with customer and stakeholders including a summary review of new product

features (Duration: 1 day)

• Preparation of written report (Duration: 1 week)

• Presentation and review of written report (Duration: 1 week)
