written in capital letters.

PART TITLE PAGE

2. Unlike the book, I the summary we will not draw the picture of each part title page. It means

that we must only write down the title and the sentences written in the book. No picture.

CONTENTS

separate from the previous section.

2. The page number is counted starting from the PART TITLE PAGE, however managers must not

write down the page numbers on that page (make it invisible) and start writing the page number

from the contents page.

RULES OF SUMMARY (2)

Overall, the managers can create their own summary based on their opinion which part should be re-

written and which part is optional to be written. To make it not really different, we’ve got some easy

rules to make things easier:

Page 2: Service Program Design

1. No need to re-write the quizzes in the summary (ex: Integrity Quiz page 26, Common Sense Quiz

page 27, etc.)

2. No need to write the references in each chapter or part.

3. No need to write down all of the examples, only choose one (1) example for every section

(example: page 132-134, etc.).

4. No need to write down the appendix.

5. No need to write down the questionnaires examples (example: page 142-143, etc.).

THESE RULES ARE SUBJECTS TO CHANGE. SINCE WE HAVEN’T GOT ANY INFORMATION ABOUT

SUMMARY, WE’D JUST MADE SOME RULES BASED ON THE PREVIOUS SEMESTERS SPD WITH SOME

LITTLE CHANGES.

WE RECOMMEND ALL THE MANAGERS TO START SUMMARIZE THE BOOK AND TYPE IT IN LAPTOP FIRST,

INSTEAD OF WRITING IT DOWN ON THE PAPER DIRECTLY (to avoid some unexpected new rules from the

owner).
