WHAT
A series of 12 courses designed for innovation practitioners as well as for leaders who are involved in research, idea creation and management of programs and areas that need continual creative problem solving and solution generation.SUMMARY
For: Managers and key staff directly involved in the development of ideas and new programs and implementation of solutions as well as the identification of areas for change and improvement. Includes senior management that sit at the cross roads where strategy meets implementation.
Form: Majority are 2-3 hour courses that immerse participants into the key concepts and their practical use. A few marked “Q” are 1 hour quick learning classes. Each course is guided by questions that participants actively respond to which is a proven method to enhance engagement and applicable use afterwards.
Enhancing Recall: Participants record notes and responses to questions on a pre prepared “recordion” designed to guide note taking. They also receive an e-book summary of the key concepts of the training and follow-through tips. both items are designed to improve recall and implementation in a practical and hands on way.
Adaptations: The program can be adapted to meet specific needs and can be narrowed to core concepts of 8 courses.
