Romans 9:29

Except the Lord of Sabaoth had le us a (pure) seed,

we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto Gomorrha. (KJV)

2

Psalm 95

1 O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make

a joyful noise to the rock of our salvaon.

2 2 Let us come before his presence with

thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him

with psalms.

3 For the LORD is a great God, and a great King

above all gods.

4 In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the

strength of the hills is his also.

5 The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands

formed the dry land.

6 O come, let us worship and bow down: let us

kneel before the LORD our maker.

7 For he is our God; and we are the people of his

pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye

will hear his voice,

8 Harden not your heart, as in the provocaon,

and as in the day of temptaon in the wilder-

ness:

9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me,

and saw my work.

10 Forty years long was I grieved with this genera-

on, and said, It is a people that do err in their

heart, and they have not known my ways:

11 Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they

should not enter into my rest.

What to read where!

Thank you 2

For many this September might just be

another normal month, just as all other

Septembers throughout the ages were.

For those who are alert and see with the

eyes of their heart, this September of 2015

will most probably be a time that will be

remembered in history as the time when

the world changed forever more.

For me personally, this September is a day

that I celebrate my 20th year of being

born again. As 20 means prepare for war

as well as reward, I see the fact that I will

have my complete book in my hand by 25

September 2015, and being in Pretoria for

the wedding of one of our contributors,

Alida, as my reward. Furthermore, I see

the time that we are living in as the time

to prepare for the war of all ages—the

war coming to Israel and the world

where Yahshua Himself will be the

General and Military Leader.

Revelation 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and

behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him

was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness

he doth judge and make war. (KJV)

2 Corinthians 5:18-21King James Version (KJV)

18 And all things are of God (YHWH),

who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ (Yashua the Messiah),

and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliaon;

19 To wit, that God (YHWH) was in Christ (Messiah),

reconciling the world unto himself,

not impung their trespasses unto them;

and hath commied unto us the word of reconciliaon.

20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, (Messiah)

as though God (YHWH) did beseech you by us:

we pray you in Christ's (Messiah) stead,

be ye reconciled to God. (YHWH)

21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin;

that we might be made the righteousness of God (YHWH) in him.

Yom Kippur, also known as Day of Atonement, is the holiest day of the year for the Jews. Its central

themes are atonement and repentance. Jews tradionally observe this holy day with a 25-hour

period of fasng and intensive prayer, oen spending most of the day in synagogue services. Yom

Kippur completes the annual period known in Judaism as the High Holy Days (or somemes "the

Days of Awe"). This was, and sll is, the most sombre day of the year for the naon of Israel. It is a

feast only for those whose sins are forgiven by the blood of Messiah. It is a day of fasng and

mourning for those whose sins need to be forgiven, or whose eternal hope rests on their good

works, or church bapsm, or those Jews who have no blood sacrifice now because they have

rejected the blood of Yahshua.

It was the day that the High Priest went into the most set-apart place, where the Ark of the

Covenant was, and where the presence of Yahuweh dwelt, to present the blood of a goat, for the

covering of the sin of the naon for that year. (Levicus 16) It was the day of naonal salvaon. It

was also considered the day of the “closing of the gate”—when the wicked who chose to be outside

of His Covenant were sealed to damnaon. This day also marked the years unl Jubilee, which was

declared every fiieth year with the sound of a “great shofar” (Levicus 25). Only on the eve of

Yom Kippur, in Jerusalem, are the religious Jews allowed, by their Rabbis, to pronounce the Name of

Yahuweh. THE DAY OF ATONEMENT – YOM KIPPUR.

Ten days aer the Feast of Trumpets, Yom Teruah, the Feast of Naonal Atonement begins. This

pictures the first acon of Messiah aer His marriage and the wedding Feast. There are seven days

between Yom Teruah, the “last trumpet”, and the beginning of the Day of Atonement. During these

7 days, Messiah will marry His Bride, and they will be in the wedding chamber. At the end of the 7

days, the couple will come out of the marriage chamber, and there will be a Feast with the wedding

guests and aendants.

Messiah has fulfilled all the requirements of the ancient wedding Feast so beaufully, and will

connue to do so. Aer the wedding Feast, Messiah and His Wife will go to Jerusalem, and He will

call all naons to the Valley of Jehoshaphat for judgment as to how they treated the people of

Israel. The Valley of Jehoshaphat is directly in front of the Eastern Gate—in the North Kidron

Valley. Here is where the good Kings of Judah cleansed

the Temple by burning idols and evil priests, aer evil

Kings had defiled it. Here, Messiah will sit and decide

who will be judged and who not. (Joel 2 and 3 and

Mahew 25:31-46)

The other aspect of the Day of Atonement

fulfilled by Messiah, is that on this day, “all Israel will

be saved”—naonal redempon. It is the day that He

announces to all those faithful Israelites of all ages that

they are jusfied in Yahshua’s sight because of His

Atonement. On this day, Yahshua, the High Priest,

enters into the courts of Yahuweh, and sprinkles His

own blood on the mercy seat, and atones for the whole

House of Jacob. (Romans 11:26; Ezekiel 36:22-38;

Jeremiah 31:31-34; Jeremiah 50:20 and hundreds of

other verses throughout the Word). This is the day of

the mighty restoraon of the two Houses in their

completeness, as per Ezekiel 37:15-28, when He

restores them into one Kingdom again.

Let us praise and thank our Messiah,

that He took His blood to the very

throne room of Abba Father and

that He has atoned for our sins once

and for all. Make sure that your

heart is cleansed before Abba Father

and that you have also forgiven all

those who have sinned against you!

Names of Yah or Respecul Titles?

When we aended the swearing in of my daughter as aorney in the High Court in Windhoek, our capital here in Namibia, I was once again challenged regarding the words “My Worship” and “My Lord”! I thought about how we honour this earthly judge by stang these names and by bowing before leaving the High Court. When I received a personal leer from a special friend of our family in the group, sharing with me about a dream she had, I was once again urged to do research regarding His Names – I really do not want to be a false teacher or a false prophet, and I asked Abba Father to please help me to be sure once and for all about His Names. I was prepared to take whatever He showed me in this baleship of the mind, loving my Hebrew roots, but not to be led astray by these very Hebrew roots!

The Holy Spirit brought the scripture where the Messiach stated that not everyone saying “Lord, Lord” will enter the kingdom, and I searched for that scripture. I could not find that parcular one , Mahew 7:21 Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, will enter Yet ay things they were blamed the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven. but the scripture in Acts 5 appeared on e-Sword.

Acts 5: 28 – 30 28 Saying, Did not we straightly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us. 29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men. 30 The God of our fathers raised up Jesus G2424 (Yhoshua), whom ye slew and hanged on a tree. (KJV my own inserons according to e-Sword)

I then though about which name the disciples would have been using at that me, which they were not allowed teaching in, and did another search for that. Now, you know how I have assured you that I am not from one or other Hebrew Roots movement, which caused me to smile when I came to their specific web page; there they gave an explanaon about the name Jesus, which was according to the best language rules, and I discovered that I had read it in the last few months anyway. Strangely, the very things they were blamed for – the Life of the Messiach – was not on this webpage. So now I was more confused than ever before, as they were using the name Jesus as a good translaon.

I then thought about the personal leer I received and how this woman wrote about the different lenses used when taking pictures. She described how different lenses see different points of view. Some have a wide angle, some zoom in or out and make different parts bigger or smaller; therefore you would somemes see something and somemes not, especially when some things are not clearly visible. Each lens is for a parcular purpose, and with each lens you will see a certain perspecve of the whole picture. The differenaon between all of that is just awesome to watch! Likewise, we are not all the same and we are used by Abba Father in different ways to emphasise different things; not one of us has the whole perspecve at any given me. It reminded me about how I always stated that each one of us has a different piece of the puzzle, but it is only when all of us bring all of our pieces together that we finally see the full picture. If one of us had it all, we could have boasted, but now we need each other for the full picture! Now we are sll looking into a mirror, but one day we will see it all! I had to search even further as I did not have the answer yet to which name we should use. I then thought how the Messiach quoted scripture from the Old Testament and that if I searched His quotaons that I might get nearer to the truth of what the Names were in the Old Testament! I came to Mahew 23:39 where He quoted Psalm 118:26. Now do you agree, that if He (Jesus / Messiah) quoted the scriptures, that the words from the original Old Testament should have been in the New Testament? Ok, let’s see what happened? In Psalm 118:26 the word “Lord”, should have been according to e-Sword “H3068”, Yhovah? Psalm 118:26 Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord H3068(Yhovah.) Mahew 23:39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, Till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord G2962 (Kurios – a respecul tle). That reminded me again about “My Worship” and “My Lord” in the High Court – Lord is a respecul tle! Is that all that we want to call our Messiach – give Him a respecul tle? In Isaiah 61:1 another quote by the Messiach from the Old Testament, He stated: (see how it was translated) The Spirit of the Lord H136 (Adonay) God H3069(Yhovih) is upon me, because the Lord H3068(Yhovah / YHWH) hath anointed me to preach good dings. (KJV) Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord G2962 (Kurios – a respecul tle) is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel. (KJV) Yet another quote from the Messiach is from Isaiah 29:13 where He quoted it in Mahew 15:7 – 9; that we honour Him with our lips according to percepons taught by men, but that our hearts are removed far from Him. For me that was the crux of the maer. Whatever name or tle you are using, do not just give Him a respecul tle, honouring Him with your lips – like the judge in the High Court – no; give Him the honour and the worship He deserves. He is much, much more than an earthly judge – He is our Messiach, our Saviour, our Creator, our Abba Father with a Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodesh) leading us to the truth, His Son – He loves us so much that He gave Himself for us to be saved! I trust that you will see that the lens I am using at this stage is focusing on the Name, as opposed to respecul tles. In future we will again move away and use another lens to focus on another part of the bigger picture. But for now Abba Father wants us to make sure that, for the mes that lie ahead, we do know His true name and that we will know that there will be anchrists that will try to confuse us and that we should make sure that we are addressing Him; not someone or something else!

Day of Atonement/Yom Kippur -

A Shabbat/High Holy Day on which we fast:

25th September 2015

This Fesval represents the need for the sacrifice/sin OFFERING that must be made for the sins of the naon. Yahshua WAS that Sacrifice and He will be recognized for it at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb which will take place immediately aer Feast pf Trumpets /the "rapture" just BEFORE we all return with Him to fulfill the Feast of Tabernacles, wherein Yahshua will "tabernacle" among us for the next thousand years! Celebrated on Tishri 10, this Fesval falls in the September/October meframe. Levicus 16:29 tells us: "It is to be a permanent regulaon for you that on the tenth day of the seventh month you are to deny yourselves and not to do any kind of work, both the cizen and the foreigner living with you. For on this day, atonement will be made for you to purify you; you will be clean before YHWH from all your sins. It is a Shabbat of complete rest for you, and you are to deny yourselves. This is a permanent regulaon." This Fesval represents the need for the sacrifice/sin OFFERING that must be made for the sins of the naon. As the Bible tells us, YHVH/Yahshua shall descend to put to an end the sins of Israel. At that me they will call for the Messiah Yahshua to return and will mourn for the "One who was pierced". This day will be fulfilled upon the Second Coming of Messiah to the Earth (Ma. 23:37-39, Hos. 5:15 thru 6:1-3, Zech. 13:8,9 Zech. 12:10, Zech. 13:1, Ezek. 16:61-63). Actually, while YHVH's Appointed Times are usually referred to as "feasts", "feast" is not a good term for this, because we are to "deny ourselves" during this me - meaning, this is not a me of "celebraon" but of repentance and concentraon on geng ourselves "right" with YHVH - not of sing around and eang and drinking and generally being merry and having a good me. This Fesval signals the call for repentance, for the me is short and Judgment is coming upon the Earth - whether people are read, or not! Historical Meaning of Yom Kippur We who believe in Yahshua as Messiah can easily see his ministry reflected in the temple service. The priest begins his day with a special bath, or mikvah, immersing himself in water, just as Yahshua began his ministry by being bapzed by John the Bapst, or in a larger sense, by being born into human flesh ("born of water" -- John 3:5). The priest laid aside his usual ornate priestly garb for simple white are. Yahshua "made himself of no reputaon" (Philippians 2:7) but laid aside his divine privileges to accomplish his earthly mission of expiang human sin. The white kiel speaks of sinless purity, as he was pure and without sin. It is also reminiscent of the burial shroud. The high priest made a special sacrifice for his own sin (Levicus 16:11), in order to be seen by YHVH as a sinless mediator, as Yahshua was sinless by his own virtue. Sprinkling the blood upon the Kapporeth (i.e., the cover of the Ark of the Covenant, which served as a sort of earthly throne for the Almighty) seems to represent presentaon of the sacrifice to YHVH the Father. Sprinkling the blood in front of the ark may indicate the opening of a way of approach to the Father. (The Ark was ordinarily unapproachable. The people in general were never allowed to ENTER the Holy of Holies, where the ark was. Even the high priest was allowed to enter only on Yom Kippur.) The sacrifice "covered" ("Kippur" literally means "covering") the sins of the people and made YHVH approachable to sinful man. The Holy of Holies was closed off by a veil (parokhet). When Yahshua died on Golgotha, the veil (parokhet) was literally torn in two (see Mahew 27:51) indicang the beginning of a new path of relaonship between YHWH and humanity. The high priest had to enter every year with a new sacrifice. The sacrifice of Yahshua - "a high priest forever" (Hebrews 5:6) is good forever. The old high priest ENTERED a symbolic Holy of Holies, made with human hands. Yahshua entered the real Holy of Holies - the very throne of YHVH in Heaven (Hebrews 9:11). The scapegoat carried away the sins of the people. In Yahshua Ha-Messiach, all our sins are carried away "as far as east is from west" (Psalm 103:12). Once all the expiatory (sin-forgiving) sacrifices are done, the priest puts on his priestly robes again. When Yahshua had accomplished his sacrificial mission, he put back on the glory of his divinity. When the priest returned from the tabernacle (as Yahshua will return from Heaven), he OFFERED the fesval sacrifice. When Yahshua returns, it will be for the full and final redempon of his people Israel. (Ezekiel 16:63)

The Untapped Power of Praying

Yah’s Word

WHAT IS YOUR HOUSE BUILT WITH?

“For no one can lay a foundaon other than the one which is [already] laid, which is Jesus Christ

(the Messiah, the Anointed One).” 1 Corinthians 3:11, (AMP)

We probably all know the fable about the three lile anthropomorphic pigs that went off to set up their own homes.

The first lile pig built his house with straw, the other one built his house with scks and the last lile pig built his

house with bricks. Then a big bad wolf came along and was able to blow down the first two houses made of straw and

scks respecvely. But he was unable to destroy the house made of bricks.

What is a house? It is a place built with various materials. It is a place for human habitaon, a place of

safety and shelter. But, it is not about this physical house that I want to talk about. I want to tell you about another

kind of house, one that is not built by sight or with hands. I am talking about your faith-house; I am talking about the

home Yashua has prepared for you and me, a spiritual place of safe dwelling and habitaon. I am talking about your

body that is a living, sacred temple for the Lord as well as home to your spirit, the house that is built by faith through

the redempve work on the cross.

We can build our faith-houses with different “materials” like the three lile pigs, and it eventually may or may not

stand the test of me. What does your house look like? The Mirror Bible tells us this: “Imagine the contrast in

building materials, one builds with gold, silver and precious stones, while another uses wood, hay and stubble.”

1 Corinthians 3:12, (Mirror Bible, Francois du Toit). So I asked: when are we building with

precious materials and when are we building with material that are perishable and could potenally be

destroyed by the huffing and puffing of the big bad wolf? We need to discern with what kind of material we are build-

ing. In order to be able to build our spiritual houses with durable materials we were provided with a main

Cornerstone: “…Behold, I am laying in Zion a chosen (honoured), precious chief Cornerstone, and he who believes in

Him [who adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Him] shall never be disappointed or put to shame.” 1 Peter 2:6, (AMP).

The sad truth is that this very Cornerstone can become a stumbling block because of disobedience and disbelief. The

queson is: What do we take into our spiritual homes?

It could be animosity, hatred, strife, anger, fear, judging others, unresolved issues we harbour, and any other way by

being disobedient to the Word of Yah. These things take root so deep in our souls it becomes impossible not to be

self-righteous and selfish. We can be totally out of balance in some areas of our lives and then the enemy roams free

because of our imbalance. It could be too much work or too lile, too much eang, exercising or too lile. Anything

with a “too” added to it, speaks of imbalance! It is impossible to build on the Chief Cornerstone if you are too

conscious of building on the here and the now, on the flesh and the realies of this world and on the wisdom of this

world system based upon religious good works, and not faith. All of these are fuel for fire.

Hebrew 4:12 ‘For the Word

(LOGOS) of God (Yah) is

living and powerful, and

sharper than any two-edged

sword, piercing even to the

division of soul and spirit, and

of joints and marrow, and is a

discerner of the thoughts and

intents of the heart. (New

Spirit Life Filled Bible NKJV)

9

You too are a living stone… and the precious Chief Cornerstone is the most

durable building block of all mes. We lay hold of the teaching of the cross

and the glorious effect thereof in the believer’s life. We walk by faith and not

by sight. We build on the Chief Cornerstone by abiding in Him, by being

obedient to the Word of Yah (God); we build with love and sincere affecon

toward others. We build on the Chief Cornerstone with forgiveness, we build

when we “do” and not only speak idle words. When we look and behold that

we are regenerated from the ever living and lasng Word of God, clothing us

with His character, His obedience to the Word and His servant-hood, we are building on the Living Cornerstone.

Because: “we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made

with hands, eternal in the heavens.” 2 Corinthians 5:1, (NKJV). This is the precious material that is enduring and

everlasng. When we build for eternity and not for the present, we are building our faith house on The Rock, Yashua,

our Redeemer and the Finisher of our faith. Our skin-bodies have a very short existence whilst our spirit-bodies are

eternal and our permanent dwelling. Yah’s (God’s) Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit)

already confirms within us the present evidence of eternity, because we are living stone to be built on the Chief

Cornerstone, forming the Church of Yah (God). “Faith is to our spirit what our senses are to our bodies, while the one

engages with the fading and the fragile, the other celebrates perfecon!” 2 Corinthians 5:7, (Mirror Bible).

The greater reality is that we are entwined in the Lord, He is our permanent dwelling as we are His

permanent sanctuary. This flesh body is a tent dwelling and our spirit is our permanent abode. Maybe it is me to

take a good hard look at our building materials. What do we bring into our homes that are not enduring and

everlasng? Maybe it is me to clean-up around the foundaon and take a good look at the stones we are building

with, judging for ourselves if it has eternal value or not.

Be wise with your building material so that in the great day of the Lord you may be found rock solid and rooted on the

wisdom of Yah (God), for His wisdom already proved the foolishness of secular wisdom. You are highly esteemed and

valued by Him; He loves you with enduring and compassionate love. Nothing can ever change that.

“We are totally engaged in the loveliness of that which is of exceedingly great value; whether we are in a physical

union with our bodies or a spiritual union with our source; it makes no difference to God’s esteem of us! We are highly

favored by the Lord! For we have all been thoroughly scrunized in the footsteps of Jesus; (not as an example for us

but of us) and are taken care of and restored to the life of our design, regardless of what happened to us in our

Individual lives, whatever amazing or meaningless things that we encountered in the body.” 2 Corinthians 5:9&10,

(Mirror Bible).

Be blessed, always and happy building.

Prayer

Thank You Abba, in the name of Yahshua, that You have given me the Spirit of Wisdom,

because You are Wisdom, and the essence of wisdom is to serve You!

Thank you for revealing in me the insight and knowledge into the mysteries and secrets,

through the deep and inmate acquaintance of You.

Your faith in me gives my life integrity and substance beneath my spiritual feet,

because I built my faith on the foundaon of Your love and Your faith in and for me.

Abba Father, enlarge the capacity of my faith so that I may fully grasp

the reality of the indwelling Yahshua, Your Ruach HaKodesh.

I am rooted and founded in Love. Your Love is the invisible foundaon of my faith-house.

Just like the roots of a tree take hold of the ground to erect itself in beauty and majesty,

I am built upon the Chief Cornerstone

to be dynamically reinforced in my inner being by the Spirit of God (Yah).

I pray the Blood of the Lamb, Yahshua,

over every thought in my mind and every word in my mouth,

to be purified and sancfied so that Your invisible glory is mirrored through me.

I cast down every thought that comes against You that became a wall in my life.

Guide me, precious Ruach HaKodesh, so that I may carefully select

every stone that I lay upon the Chief Cornerstone so that I will discern,

with Your wisdom, the building material that has eternal worth in order for You,

Abba Father, to be glorified and exalted because it is all about YOU!

O dear Abba Father, I desire to be so acquainted with the Love of Yahshua

on the deepest possible level, to be permeated and saturated with this love,

that I will find the ulmate expression of You, God (Yah), in me!

Let Your Ruach HaKodesh be the very life of my personality (Andrew Murray).

Amen

Sukkah includes an item known as the “lulav.” The lulav is a combinaon of the “4 species” or four items menoned in the scriptures with the subject of Sukkot. Tradional Judaism teaches these four items are the: citron or etrog, myrtle, palm, and willow branches. The lulav is a collecon of freshly-cut branches-a palm frond, two willow branches, and three secured branches-that are all bound together. The Torah does NOT idenfy the Jewish lulav exactly. It does idenfy in Levicus 23 and Nehemiah 8: any leafy tree, any palm tree, any branch of a fruit tree or any fruit, and any type of willow branch that grows near water. (Yahweh allows a wide variety) These biblical four species are used in building the sukkah. They are also used tradionally as a wave offering to Yahweh.

The Torah commands that believes are to build a sukkah, yet it does not describe how many walls the sukkah should have or exactly how the sukkah should look

The Jews have literally thousands of commands concerning the sukkah and Sukkot, yet the Torah speaks very lile about the subject, giving the believer freedom to worship in various ways. This fesval is about both a historical and agricultural event – the harvest me and the me Israel spent the 40 years in the wilderness Sukkot reminds believers about the clouds of glory that surrounded Israel during the wilderness me Is a fesve holy day with the colors and objects of harvest me – similar to Thanksgiving

The sukkah is usually highly decorated with colorful plants and greenery and even stringed lights.

The scriptures teach that believers are to “dwell” in the sukkah for seven days literally meaning to spend me in the sukkah, various translaons for this word as: dwell, stay, live. Some people spend the enre week living in their sukkah while others enter the sukkah for meals, family me, worship, relax, or study.

The Sages of Judaism teach that it is a great mitzvah and blessing to spend the night in the sukkah. uring Bible mes water was a very important part of the Feast of Tabernacles. Before the holy days of Sukkot, the Rabbis would teach about the Biblical principles of water and rain. Golden pitchers of water were brought from the pool of Siloam to the temple. The priest would pour out the water over the altar to signify Israel’s gratude for the raid that had produced the harvest and would pray for rain in the coming months. The priest would recite Isaiah 12:1-3.

To commemorate the drawing of water from the rock at Horeb, Exodus 17:1-7, on the morning of the first day of Sukkot and everyday aer that a priest would take the jars of water, circle the altar once, and then pour it out. On the last and seventh day of

Jeremiah 6:16 Thus says the Lord (YHWH): Stand by the roads and look;

and ask for the eternal (ancient) paths, where the good, old way is;

then walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. (Amp) () inseron by editor

All about the fesval

Welcome to the great outdoors – the fesval when believers leave the confines of their home and get in touch with their ancestors by building a “sukkah” or temporary dwelling place. Sukkah is the Hebrew word for: hut, temporary dwelling, tent, booth. This fesval is a seven day long celebraon beginning on the fieenth day of the seventh Biblical month. Sukkot is followed directly by Shemini Atzeret and then the Jewish holy day of Simchat Torah. Sukkot is exactly six months from Pesach or Passover. It is believed that the Puritan colonists, who were great students of the Hebrew Scriptures and Hebrew culture, based the first Thanksgiving on Sukkot. Some historians teach that the original Thanksgiving was really a Sukkot celebraon. Celebrang Thanksgiving on the third Thursday of November was set up by the American government and probably does not coincide when the original pilgrims held the first meal. he Rabbis consider Sukkot to be the “Jewish Thanksgiving”

Sukkot occurs during the me in Israel before the later rains and during the second harvest Sukkot marks the same me period when building of the mishkan, or tabernacle, started Sukkot has been called “Ha-Chag” or “the Fesval” Sukkot is called by many names: “Zeman Simkhateinu” or “Season of our rejoicing” and the Feast of Booths or the Feast of Tabernacles. It is also called “Chag Ha-Asif” or “Fesval of Ingath-ering” The Torah says no work is permied on the first day and the eighth days of Sukkot – these are Shabbatons and should be honored by Yisra’el.

Sukkah occurs five days aer the holy day of Yom Kippur – the me of teshuvah and sadness is traded for a me and season of joy – the scriptures say “weeping may last for the night but joy comes in the morning”

This is one of the three “pilgrimage fesvals,” which means every Hebrew male is required to come to Jerusalem during this seven day period King Solomon (Shlomo) dedicated the temple during this fesval (see 1 Kings 8)

12

Sukkot the priest would circle the altar seven mes and then pour the water on the altar to wash away the blood of the mornings sacrifices. This ritual is known as “Simchat Bet Ha-sho-evah” or “the Rejoicing of the House of Drawing Water.” It was during this fesval, during this me that Yahshua said, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water,” Yochannan 7:37-38

Part of Sukkot is the water drawing ceremony. In Isaiah 12:3 it says: "Joyfully shall you draw water, from the fountains or the wells of salvaon." Who is the source of this water? Messiah Yahshua! Water gives life, Yahshua gives life, the Torah gives life and when the water is poured out it is like the pouring out of the Ruach HaKodesh in Joel 2:28-29.

Sukkot is believed to be the me when Messiah was born and placed in “manger” or sukkah – see Luke 2:7

Mahew 2:1 teaches that the “wise men” or “rabbis” that came from the east to Yahshua and saw the star – oddly it is tradion that you should be able to see the stars through the roof of your sukkah. Also the shepherds were out at night and saw the star of Yahshua. They tradionally would have been out during this me of Sukkot and the weather in Israel is perming for this type of acvies. The Mishnah states that the shepherds in Bethlehem would normally bring in their flocks to a “protecve corral” during the months of November through February. So the idea that shepherds were in the fields at night during this me is very possible. (They certainly were not in the fields at night in December!) Most theologians believe that Yahshua’s ministry lasted 3 and one half years. Being that Yahshua died on Passover, if you backtrack the me you will see that He was born during Sukkot.

Remember that there was no room in the inn for Yoseph and Miriam to stay in Bethlehem. The book of Luke states a census was being taken of all Hebrews. Surely the Romans would count and tax the Hebrews in Israel when the largest number of them was in the land. During this fesval all Hebrew males were commanded to come to Jerusalem. Bethlehem is only a few short miles away from Jerusalem, so evidently the inn was full with Sukkot travellers. Or perhaps the inn was a place to pay to put up your own sukkah and not a “hotel” as has always been thought. There was no room for the couple so Yahshua was born in a Sukkah – not a manger.

Sukkot is a foreshadow of the coming new heavens and new earth that will descend from Yahweh he new heavens and the new earth are pictured in the scriptures as a cube shape – similar to a sukkah shape.

Sukkot is a picture of Yahweh dwelling with His people, yesterday, today, and forever

Biblical references

“Celebrate the Feast of Harvest with the first fruits of the crops you sow in your field,” Exodus 23:16 “Yahweh said to Moses, “Say to the Israelites: ‘On the fieenth day of the seventh month Yahweh’s Feast of Tabernacles begins, and it lasts for seven days. The first day is a sacred assembly; do no regular work. For seven days present offerings made to Yahweh by fire, and on the eighth day hold a sacred assembly and present an offering made to Yahweh by fire. It is the closing assembly; do no regular work.”

“‘These are Yahweh’s appointed feasts, which you are to proclaim as sacred assemblies for bringing offerings made to Yahweh by fire—the burnt offerings and grain offerings, sacrifices and drink offerings required for each day. These offerings are in addion to those for Yahweh’s Sabbaths and in addion to your gis and whatever you have vowed and all the freewill offerings you give to Yahweh,” Deuteronomy 7:6-8

“‘So beginning with the fieenth day of the seventh month, aer you have gathered the crops of the land, celebrate the fesval to Yahweh for seven days; the first day is a day of rest, and the eighth day also is a day of rest. On the first day you are to take choice fruit from the trees, and palm fronds, leafy branches and poplars, and rejoice before Yahweh your Elohim for seven days. Celebrate this as a fesval to Yahweh for seven days each year. This is to be a lasng ordinance for the generaons to come; celebrate it in the seventh month. Live in booths for seven days: All nave-born Israelites are to live in booths so your descendants will know that I had the Israelites live in booths when I brought them out of Egypt. I am Yahweh your Elohim.’” So Moses announced to the Israelites the appointed feasts of Yahweh,” Levicus 23:35:-44

“Celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days aer you have gathered the produce of your threshing floor and your winepress. Be joyful at your Feast—you, your sons and daughters, your menservants and maidservants, and the Levites, the aliens, the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns. For seven days celebrate the Feast to Yahweh your Elohim at the place Yahweh will choose. For Yahweh you Elohim will bless you in all your harvest and in all the work of your hands, and your joy will be complete. Three mes a year all your men must appear before Yahweh your Elohim at the place he will choose: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the Feast of Weeks and the Feast of Tabernacles. No man should appear before Yahweh empty-handed: Each of you must bring a gi in proporon to the way Yahweh your Elohim has blessed you,” Deuteronomy 16:13-16

“Then have them make a sanctuary for me, and I will dwell among them. Make this tabernacle and all its furnishings exactly like the paern I will show you,” Exodus 25:8

So I will consecrate the Tent of Meeng and the altar and will consecrate Aaron and his sons to serve me as priests. Then I will dwell among the Israelites and be their Elohim. They will know that I am Yahweh Elohim, who brought them out of Egypt so that I might dwell among them. I am Yahweh their Elohim,” Exodus 29:44-45

(Ps 122 & Isaiah 62)

Pray for the SHALOM of Jerusalem!!!!

The whole chapter of Nehemiah 8.

"Then the survivors from all the naons that have aacked Jerusalem will go up year aer year to worship the King, Yahweh Almighty, and to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. If any of the peoples of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, Yahweh Almighty, they will have no rain. If the Egypan people do not go up and take part, they will have no rain. Yahweh will bring on them the plague he inflicts on the naons that do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. This will be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the naons that do not go up to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles,” Zechariah 14:16-19

“Yahweh will wash away the filth of the women of Zion; he will cleanse the bloodstains from Jerusalem by a spirit of judgment and a spirit of fire. Then Yahweh will create over all of Mount Zion and over those who assemble there a cloud of smoke by day and a glow of flaming fire by night; over all the glory will be a canopy. It will be a shelter and shade from the heat of the day, and a refuge and hiding place from the storm and rain,” Isaiah 4:4-6 “When the seventh month came and the Israelites had seled in their towns, the people assembled as one man in Jerusalem. Then Jeshua son of Jozadak and his fellow priests and Zerubbabel son of Shealel and his associates began to build the altar of the God of Israel to sacrifice burnt offerings on it, in accordance with what is wrien in the Law of Moses the man of Elohim. Despite their fear of the peoples around them, they built the altar on its foundaon and sacrificed burnt offerings on it to Yahweh, both the morning and evening sacrifices. Then in accordance with what is wrien, they celebrated the Feast of Tabernacles with the required number of burnt offerings pre-scribed for each day,” Ezra 3:-4

“In the last days the mountain of Yahweh’s temple will be established as chief among the mountains; it will be raised above the hills, and peoples will stream to it. Many naons will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the house of the Elohim of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of Yahweh from Jerusalem. He will judge between many peoples and will sele disputes for strong naons far and wide. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Naon will not take up sword against naon, nor will they train for war anymore. Every man will sit under his own vine and under his own fig tree, and no one will make them afraid, for Yahweh Almighty has spoken. All the naons may walk in the name of their gods; we will walk in the name of Yahweh our Elohim for ever and ever,” Micah 4:1-5 “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begoen of the Father, full of grace and truth,” John 1:14 “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water,” Yochannan 7:37-38 “By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. By faith he made his home in the Promised Land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. For he was looking forward to the city with foundaons, whose architect and builder is Elohim,” Hebrews 11:8-9

"Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from Elohim, prepared as a bride beaufully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Now the dwelling of Elohim is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and Elohim Himself will be with them and be their Elohim. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away,” Revelaon 21:1-3

Leviticus 25:9 You shall then sound a ram’s horn abroad

on the tenth day

of the seventh month;

on the Day of Atonement

you shall sound a horn all through your land. NASB

Shabbat shalom dearly beloved!

Yovel is the true name for Jubilee and it means: A RAM’S HORN. From the horns of this animal that is a male SHEEP, the SHOFAR trumpet is made. When the Angel of God stopped Abraham from sacrificing Isaac, YHVH provided a RAM instead. This substuon RAM was a type and shadow of the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world: The Jewish Messiah YESHUA

Genesis 22:13 TLVThen Abraham lied up his eyes and behold, there was a ram, just caught in the thick bushes by its horns.

So Abraham went and took the ram, and offered it up as a burnt offering instead of his son.

The Bible calls the Shofar YOVEL/JUBILEE. Psalm 81:4 Blow the shofar at the New Moon, at the full moon for the day of our fesval. When Yahusha read from the Scroll of Isaiah in the Synagogue of Nazareth, He proclaimed the Year of YHVH’S Favor.

Isaiah 61:1 The Spirit of Adonai Elohim is on me, because Adonai has anointed me

to proclaim Good News to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,

to proclaim liberty to the capves, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound.

YAHUSHA WAS RELEASING THE FORCE OF THE YOVEL OVER ISRAEL 2000 YEARS AGO!

That is the Year of Jubilee, the Year of Yovel. The Sound of the Yovel Shofar calls to TESHUVA. Teshuva is the Hebrew word for RETURNING, REPENTANCE, RESTORATION, THE ANSWER TO ALL THINGS. If the Yovel Call for Teshuva is not heeded then only JUDGMENT comes. Yahusha was the YOVEL/JUBILEE to Israel 2000 years ago.

Isaiah 62:2 proclaim the year of Adonai’s favor and the day of our YHWHs vengeance,

to comfort all who mourn.

That is why the Word of Yah (God) tells us Blessed are those who inmately knows and responds to the Sound of the Shofar. It is the Sound of Salvaon, it is the Sound of Yahusha, the RAM.

Psalm 89:15 How blessed are the people who know the joyful sound (shouting with shofar blowing like in Jerico)!

O YHVH they walk in the light of Your countenance. Therefore the Year of Yovel /Jubiell starts when the Yovel Shofar is blown during the holiest Day of the Biblical Calendar—The Day of the Atonements.

Leviticus 25:9 TLVThen on the tenth day of the seventh month, on Yom Kippur,

you are to sound a shofar blast—

you are to sound the shofar all throughout your land.

15

It is the only day that the High Priest was allowed to enter into the Holy of Holiest with the blood of the Sin offering. Aer that YHVH would cover the sins of the Israelites for one more year. Yahusha’s Blood Sacrifice was once and for all! Let us not neglect such a Great Salvaon!

We are just finishing the 70th SHMITA that leads to the Year of Jubilee aer 7×7 weeks of years or 49 years! This Day of Atonement on the eve of the 22 of September the Shofar of Yovel- Jubilee will sound in all the synagogues of Israel and wherever Jews are proclaiming the start of the Year of Yovel-Jubilee, the 50th Year.

THIS IS A HISTORICAL TIME!

And it will be followed by the 4th Blood Moon occurrence during Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles) This Year of Jubilee is A WAKE UP CALL TO THE NATIONS!

We as Messianic Jews believers of Yeshua will be blowing the Shofar of Yovel and RELEASING ITS FULL FORCE INTO THE ATMOSPHERE! Yes the FULL FORCE OF YAHUSHA WILL BE RELEASED! We are expecng an unprecedented Manifestaon of Teshuva, Favor, Forgiveness and Release from debts, Healing, Deliverance and Miraculous Salvaons unto Israel, the Bride of Messiah and the Naons. As we blow the Yovel we are expecng the Full Force of YAHUSHA the YOVEL/ JUBILEE to penetrate through wickedness.

Also on that Historic eve of Yom Kippur and the start of the Yovel we will blow the Shofar over all our partners that have sent their First Fruits offerings this month. We will release the FULL FORCE OF THE YOVEL OVER YOUR FIRSTFRUITS OFFERINGS.

This is also the end of the 7th Shmia and the me for DEBT CANCELLATION!

Deuteronomy 15:1,2 At the end of every seven years you are to cancel debts.

This is how you are to cancel debts: every creditor is to release what he has loaned to his neighbor.

He must not force his neighbor or his brother to repay, for Adonai’s debt cancellaon has been proclaimed.

We will proclaim that Yahusha will rest in your homes and families, that His Favor and Deliverance will be released unto you demolishing every enemy and wall of opposion! We are expecng Unprecedented Yovel Miracles of Healing, Deliverance and Restoraon! Forgiveness of sins and of debts….THE FULL FORCE OF THE YOVEL WILL BE RELEASED!

All the Financial Affairs of Israel, buying and selling of property is affected by the Force of the Yovel.

Levicus 25:15 Corresponding to the number of years aer the Jubilee

you are to purchase land from your neighbor’s hand.

He is to sell it to you based on the number of years of crops.

Posion yourself to receive it and to flow with it all this year of 5776 in the Hebrew calendar and in all the next 50 years to come if Yeshua tarries! The Force RELEASED by the Shofar blow in the Year of Yovel /Jubillee affects the affairs of Israel and all God’s Covenant People for the next 50 years!

A blessed Yom Hakippurim (Yom Kippur) and Year of Yovel to all those who love Yahusah and Israel!

News from Israel

Blood Moon experts are predicng major “turning points in history” when on September 28th, the fourth and final blood moon in the current tetrad series will take place during the commencement of the Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles) holiday.

This will be the fourth me in two years that a blood moon will occur on the Jewish holiday of either Tabernacles or Passover. The significance of the event has many Jews and Chrisans looking to the skies and gearing up for a major event that will affect the course of both Jewish and world history.

In the past millennia, only four documented tetrads have occurred on or around the Jewish holidays of Passover and Sukkot, and each one was followed by a major event that shied Jewish and global history. Those tetrads occurred in the years 1428-1429, 1493-1494, 1949-1950, 1967-1968, and now, in 2014-2015. Bob O’Dell and Gidon Ariel, founders of Root Source, an educaonal program in which Orthodox Israeli Jews teach Chrisans about the Bible and Judaism from a Jewish perspecve, spoke to Breaking Israel News about the significance of this event. Both O’Dell and Ariel believe that the importance of heavenly signs should not be ignored, and that some change is to be expected in the coming year, which just so happens to be a Jubilee year. “We are not at all predicng the end of the world or the arrival of the Messiah in September,” said O’Dell. However, “If you look at all the blood moons that have occurred in history, you see that every me they arrive, they mark turning points in history – major new trends involving the Jewish people.” O’Dell added the disclaimer that these trends oen take many years to play out. For instance, the tetrad in 1428-1429 marked the end of a big wave of forced conversions for the Jews in Spain, and the tetrad in 1493-1494 signaled the end of the Spanish inquision, which concluded with the expulsion of the Jews from Spain in 1492. “We can now look back and see that the naon of Spain was peaking in power, while God was preparing a new home for the Jews with the founding of America through Christopher Columbus,” O’Dell said. He added that the heavenly signs also served to remind Jews of the connecon between God and the Jewish people and their birthright of the land of Israel. “The blood moons occurring on those Jewish feast days were a witness that God had not forgoen His promise to return the Jews to their homeland,” said O’Dell. In modern mes, blood moons and tetrads have also pointed to significant dates. “With the blood moons of 1949-1950, 1967-1968 and 2014-2015, when we take them all together they are marking the three phases of the rebirth of the naon of Israel,” explained O’Dell. According to O’Dell, the dates mark the creaon of Israel as a naon in 1948, the unificaon of Jerusalem in 1967, “and as for 2015,” he said, “we will need to wait and see. But our guess is that it has to do with Israel being now able to stand upon its own without help from the United States. We also see the coming together of Chrisans and Jews in love and support of each other as a new spiritual trend as well.” Gidon Ariel, the Israeli co-founder of Root Source, provided a historical perspecve on the lunar occurrences. “I think that Jews paid more aenon to the skies in previous eras. In Ethics of the Fathers 3:18, Rabbi Eliezer ben Hisma states that tekufot, seasons, referring to all astronomical sciences, are parparaot lachochma, side dishes of wisdom. Maimonides also went to great lengths to document lunar tables and the like,” he said. He added that the heavenly signs also served to remind Jews of the connecon between God and the Jewish people and their birthright of the land of Israel. “The blood moons occurring on those Jewish feast days were a witness that God had not forgoen His promise to return the Jews to their homeland,” said O’Dell.

Terrifying Fireball Explodes Over Bangkok Proving End of Days Meteor Predicons May Not Be So Outlandish

A massive fireball was witnessed by thousands Monday morning over the skies of Bangkok, Thailand, leading many to queson whether the event was a signal heralding in the End of Days. With the upcoming Jewish holidays, many highly ancipated events have struck fear into the hearts and minds of people around the world. The end of the Shmiah cycle coupled with the final Blood Moon of a special tetrad are understood to be significant harbingers of the messianic era. “There is a high possibility that the object spoed this morning…on social media, is an object from outer space,” Saran Poshyachinda, Deputy Director of Naonal Astronomical Research Instute of Thailand, told CNN. “It looks like an asteroid traveling to Earth and grazing through the air and it turned into a fireball.”

The fireball was conjectured to be a small meteor that burned up approximately 100 kilometers above the earth. For the me being, it seems to be an isolated incident, though many see it as a sign of greater things to come. In the Bible, the name of God that appears first is Elo-him, which Jewish tradion understands as being the divine expressed through nature and also God’s aspect of judgment. Cataclysmic events can be perceived as an expression of God’s displeasure, the plagues striking Egypt being a classic example.

Predicons of a doomsday asteroid have become so prevalent that the Naonal Aeronaucs and Space Administraon (NASA) has been forced to address the rumors. Read more at hp://www.breakingisraelnews.com/

Iran's Supreme Leader Threatens Israel, Mocks US as Nuclear Deadline Looms

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei took Israel to war Wednesday on Twier. Unleashing a rade against the Jewish state, Khamenei vowed that Israel would cease to exist in 25 years. “Aer negoaons, in Zionist regime they said they had no more concern about Iran for next 25 years; I’d say: Firstly, you will not see 25 years. God willing, there will be nothing as Zionist regime by next 25 years. Secondly, unl then, struggling, heroic and jihadi morale will leave no moment of serenity for Zionist,” the Iranian leader tweeted. In response to Khamenei’s threats, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu dismissed the his comments, calling the supreme leader a “tyrant” and vowing that Israel is here to stay.

“Khamenei is not giving supporters of the agreement any room for illusion. He has made it clear that the US is the Great Satan and that Iran intends to destroy the State of Israel,” the prime minister stated. “This will not happen. Israel is a strong country and it will become even stronger.” US lawmakers have only a few more weeks before heading to a vote on whether to approve or reject the Iran nuclear deal. As of Tuesday, 42 senators have announced their support for the agreement, allowing US President Barack Obama to prevent Congress from disapproving the deal. Forty-two votes are the minimum number of votes needed in the 100-member Senate to block a Republican resoluon blocking the deal.

Celebrating Sukkot Information

The Bible says "Build a sukkah (or booth)." Rabbis have added all details about size, materials, locaon, etc. You might want to use any scrap lumber you have available, pitch your tent, or use old sheets to create an adventure for your children (aach tarps with bungee cords to your deck or swing set). One family had sick children and made a booth out of old sheets in their liv-ing room. Meals were eaten in it and they occasionally spent the night. The importance of this and each holiday is making a memory - not geng hung up on customs.

Building and decorang a sukkah is a fun family project. Jim Gerrish, with Bridges for Peace in Jerusalem, describes one plan for building a sukkah:

Actually it is not such a difficult job. You will need to start planning early though, in order to begin your construcon as quickly as possible aer Yom

Kippur, the Day of Atonement. In Israel some devout Jews begin construcon as soon as the sun is down on Yom Kippur, four days before the Feast of Tabernacles starts.

Since the sukkah is not to be an elaborate or permanent structure, the most inexpensive materials may be used. You will need 4 sturdy posts (2 x 4s in the U.S.) for the corners, 4 smaller poles (2 x 2s) for the roof. All of these boards should be approximately 7 or 8 feet (2.5 meters) in length. To cover the roof you will need several slats or small boards capable of holding up light tree branches. For the sides, old bedsheets seem to work well. Other materials like canvas, cane mang or even light plywood are also fine. You will need enough to enclose three sides, with a drape for the entrance. For the top you simply need to trim a few trees in the back yard.

Now for the actual construcon. The tabernacle can be almost any size so long as it is large enough to sit in. A seven foot cube (2.5 meters) is recommended, since this will allow plenty of room for guests (make a larger Sukkah if you are blessed with a big family).

First, you will need to sink four holes in the ground for the four upright corner poles. In lieu of this, you may anchor the uprights in the holes of stacked concrete blocks, or design other sturdy legs for them. If you want to do it the easy way, you may use an exisng building for one side of your sukkah. Once the uprights are firmly in place, then aach the horizontal rods at the top along the outside. With this finished, you can now place the slats or other small support boards on the roof.

The next step is to drape the bed sheets or other coverings around three sides. In the front, a bed sheet aached on a wire track works well for a door. Finally, place the tree branches on top, but if you like to see the stars, don't make the roof too thick. The sukkah can now be ouied to your own taste. A table and chairs are a must. You may wish to decorate the walls with pictures or Bible verses. Fruit may be hung from the ceiling; paper chains and other decoraons may be hung on the walls. Use your imaginaon, and by all means, let the children parcipate. It is customary to decorate the inside of the sukkah with pictures, hangings, and the agricultural produce for which Israel is famous: wheat, barley, grapes, figs, olives, dates, and pomegranates.

All that is le now is the enjoyment. Invite your friends to see your masterpiece and rejoice with you. Try a meal out in the sukkah, or even spend the night there. It will be an unforgeable and blessed experience. www.biblicalholidays.com

John (Yochannan) chapter 7 teaches that Rabbi Yahshua kept the feast of Sukkot There are three mitvot concerning Sukkot found in the Torah: living in the sukkah, gathering together the four species, and rejoicing during this day. It is tradion to read the enre book of Ecclesiastes out loud during Sukkot

The sukkah is usually constructed between the days of Yom Kippur and Sukkot and is used for the first me on Erev Sukkot eve. This is a family-friendly event that involves the children and the enre family. A sukkah is usually decorated with greenery, fruit, ornaments, coloured paper cut into shapes by children, and anything else that adds to the fun. You can also use strings of light to illuminate the sukkah. Some people do just the opposite though and leave their whole sukkah plain and unadorned. Just building a sukkah is a family event!

“All the seven days one should make his sukkah his permanent abode, and his house his temporary abode. In what manner? If he has beauful vessels, bring them into the sukkah…he should eat and drink and pass his leisure in the sukkah; he should also engage in rabbinic study in the sukkah,” says the Talmud. Some things to do in a sukkah are: prayer, singing, inving relaves to celebrate with you, wave the lulav, eat, drink, relax, nap, spend the night, read aloud the Psalms or other scripture passages, read about Yahshua’s birth in the book of Luke, and play games with children. There is a general principle that you should rejoice in the sukkah, not suffer in it.

19

Many synagogues build a “community sukkah” which play a vital role for worshipers to experience this holy day. For those who could not build their own sukkah the community sukkah serves as a way to worship. A sukkah is usually built in the back yard-though people in apartment buildings oen build them on the roof or on a balcony.

Jewish web sites and classified ads offer commercial Sukkah that can be bought and easily put together. According to the Rabbinical Rabbis a kosher sukkah is at least: needs four sides, though one or more can be a wall of a house; the roof must be made of plant material and can not be solid – you must be able to see the stars through the roof; can not be enrely covered by something else like a tree or carport. “Whoever is exempt from eang in the sukkah and does not go out from the sukkah, does not receive a reward and is nothing but an ignoramus,” Shulhan Arukh. The sukkah should be large enough to sit, eat, and sleep in for the enre week. The lulav is waved in six direcons – north, south, east, west, towards the heavens, and towards the earth. The lulav is usually used for a special wave offering and dance. The customary dance is: Hold the lulav in your right hand and the etrog in your le hand. Holding your two hands together, first extend the lulav toward the east and then pull it back while shaking both the lulav and the etrog. Then, while sll facing east, you point the lulav and etrog both north and repeat your acons. This is similar to drawing in a fish on a fishing line. Repeat the dance to the west, south, to the heavens, and down toward the earth. It is a tradion to save the palm branch used in Sukkot for six months, to be used as a giant “feather” to hunt for leaven during Passover. Thus the mitzvah to especially rejoice on Sukkot gives rise to an unusual atudes in the rabbis. Whereas they will oen make exempons to various other laws but encourage people to go beyond the leer of the law and perform the mitzvah anyway, their atude is the opposite in regard to the sukkah. The rabbis are saying that you MUST leave the sukkah if it is raining. In this way, they try to ensure that the sukkah will be seen as a symbol of joy, and not a burden,” says the book The Jewish Holidays. If you are trimming your trees or bushes during this me of the year, you can use your branches to decorate your sukkah. A simple sukkah can be built using a bunch of two-by-fours, some rope and some cement cinder blocks. There is a custom of inving ushpizin – symbolic guests - each day to join us in the sukkah. These honorary guests are Avraham, Yitz’chak, Ya’acov, Yoseph, Moshe, Aharon, and Dawid. One is invited each day. Sephardic Jews set aside a special ornate chair for the honored guest and it is interesng to note that all of the ushpizin were wanderers or exiles. During the tradionally synagogue services there are many processionals in which congregants march around the sukkah waving the branches and shout “Ana Yahweh Hoshiana” which means “Yahweh save us.” During the processionals it is also tradion to recite the Psalms from chapters 113-118. Psalm 27 is also used during Sukkot. Sukkot should be considered a week of opportunies for inving and being invited. It is a me to be hospitable to all. The last day of Sukkot is called “Hosha’na Rabba” meaning the day of “Day of Great Hosannas.” As the celebraon connues the priests blow the shofars and trumpets and the people sing the Hallel – Psalms 113-118. Some blessings that can be said while using the Sukkah are as follows: This first blessing should be recited at any me you are fulfilling the mitzvah of dwelling in the sukkah, for example, before you eat a meal in the sukkah. Barukh atah Yahweh, Elohaynu, melekh ha-olam asher keed'shanu b'meetzvotav v'tzeevanu leisheiv ba-sukkah (Amein) Blessed are you, Yahweh, our Elohim, king of the universe who has sancfied us with His commandments and commanded us to dwell in the sukkah (Amein) Barukh atah Yahweh, Elohaynu, melekh ha-olam she-hecheeyanu v'keey'manu v'heegeeyanu la-z'man ha-zeh (Amein) Blessed are you, Yahweh, our Elohim, king of the universe who has kept us alive, sustained us, and enabled us to reach this season. (Amein) Blessed are you, Yahweh, our Elohim, king of the universe who has chosen us from among all people, and exalted us above every tongue and sancfied us with His commandments, and you gave us, Yahweh our Elohim, with love Sabbaths for rest, and appointed fesvals for gladness, fesvals and mes for joy, this day of Sabbath and this day of the fesval of Sukkot, the me of our gladness with love a holy convocaon, a memorial of the exodus from Egypt Indeed, You have chosen us and made us holy among all peoples and the Sabbath and your holy fesvals in love and favor in gladness and in joy you have given us for an inheritance. “WAIT”

While studying the book of

Acts, I was reminded of a study

I had completed several years

ago on the word “wait”.

It was during a me I was desperately seeking an answer from the

Lord. Every me I prayed, I just kept on geng the word “wait”.

Being such a planner, I like to set my course out ahead of me.

“Wait” gave me no me frame. Was it a day, a month, a year or

even longer? I decided to see what God’s Word said about the

word “wait”.

Wait is most oen viewed as being passive or choosing not to do

something at a parcular me. I knew I had to be sensive to the

Holy Spirit and discern when I was to step out, and when to wait. I

learned some very valuable lessons during this study which started

with the fact that the word “wait” was actually an acve – not a

passive – word.

God was taking me through “wait” training. I studied about David

waing for ten years aer being anointed by Samuel before he

became king. During that me, David killed Goliath and escaped

Saul twice as he tried to kill him. David had two opportunies to

kill Saul during that me but knowing God’s plan for his life, he

trusted God to handle Saul as he waited for God’s promise to him

to be fulfilled.

Then I studied Abraham and Sarah when they were unwilling to

wait for God’s ming to fulfill His promise. Their desire to “help

God out” created strife, which remains between Ishmael and

Isaac’s descendants to this day.

Next I studied the ten days of waing between Jesus’

ascension and Pentecost. Aer Jesus ascended the disciples did as

Jesus had instructed. Luke 24:49 “And behold, I am sending forth

the promise of My Father upon you; but you are to stay in the city

unl you are clothed with power from on high." (NASB)

They were obedient, but I believe it goes beyond just “waing”.

Acts 1:14 “These all with one mind were connually devong

themselves to prayer, along with the women, and Mary the mother

of Jesus, and with His brothers.” (NASB)

Their heart atude was to wait expectantly for the

promise that Jesus spoke about to be fulfilled. They

were in accord and devoted to prayer. They were

acvely pursuing God’s will for their lives. They did

not want to miss this blessing in their lives.

This was when the light bulb came on for me. Waing

was not a period of analyzing the

situaon to try and figure out what the answer was or

when the ming would be. It was not a me to be

fearful or impaent. It was a me for growing and

becoming mature. I was to pursue God acvely,

which meant I had to seek Him in prayer to hear His

will for me. I had to study His Word so that I knew

that what I was hearing was actually His will. I had to

be fully surrendered to Him so that His Spirit could

lead and guide me in ALL that He has for me.

If it contradicts His Word, it is NEVER His will for your

life.

Our ability to wait comes from being confident in the

Character of God. Waing is acvely

believing, trusng and knowing that God is

Sovereign. As a child of the King we are given a prom-

ise in Romans 8:28 “And we know that God causes all

things to work together for good to those who love

God, to those who are called according to His pur-

pose." (NASB)

ABOUT DRESSINGS AND BLESSINGS

Luke 12:27 Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I

say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. (KJV)

Lace… classic, delicate and elegant! When a woman really wants to dress up, she

will probably use lace. It is one of those things that can change an ordinary garment

into something exquisite. When you go shopping for lace, the variety is endless.

You can go from cheaper nylon brands to exquisite handmade lace. A very small

piece can cost you an arm and a leg.

I went shopping with a friend to buy fabric for her daughter`s wedding gown and

was amazed at the loads of beauful lace, sans and other fancy decorated fabrics

with sequins and small shiny crystals – there was such an incredible variety; of

course very expensive but anything for any taste. A woman just loves to be dressed

up! Women will browse in the clothing shops, touching different textures, trying on

different styles… and then go home empty-handed. We think that by buying new

clothes or new things the hurt will go away.

We also ‘dress` our faces – we put on our make-up, put on our smile and go about

life as if nothing is wrong. We camouflage our deepest hurts and regrets by pung

on a cheerful smile and a ‘don`t care’ atude. We hide our feelings and carry on

with life – even if it feels as if our hearts might stop beang. We try to dull our

pain… we are dressed in false hope.

When we look at nature we see how God clothes nature. We can just watch the

seasons showing off their garments with each new season! How beauful is this

season we are in now, with all the beauful so green leaves appearing. Each

sunset drapes the earth in a different colour – the beauty unexpected each me…

never the same twice!

The animals – how amazing are their coats! There are not two of the same and not

one goes bare. Maybe some do, but then it is a dangerous skin disease; a danger to

their lives. Each animal wears its ouit with pride; from an enormous elephant to a

ny ladybird; from a powerful killer whale to a lile nemo fish; from a beauful fish

-eagle to a lile paradise fly catcher. The colours and ability to camouflage just

astounds me!

When we look from afar, each star in outer space is a masterpiece. The colours are

just mind blowing. Even the stars are beaufied by a so colourful haze, a

mysterious display caused by mighty explosions forming colossal clouds of gas and

maer. If we watch earth from outer space, it is deco-

rated in blue, brown and green. Surely there is not one

person who can mimic the creaon of God.

When we look at the mighty mountains we find them

covered with grass, trees and somemes beauful flow-

ers. But high up we find barren rocks that are stripped

of soil and vegetaon, yet they have a beauty of their

own!

But there is a Rock that is so strong and powerful, never

changing, always unflinching –a Rock that is a blessing

that does not need to hide behind anything. The Rock is

Jesus, Son of God, who hanged on a cross for us, naked,

so that we never have to try to be someone we are not.

Put on the garment of grace today. He is the only one

that is in plain sight. He takes away the reason why we

disguise ourselves. He sees us as we are, as He made us

to be naked before Him – our shame wiped out. The

same shame that made Adam and Eve hide from God in

the Garden of Eden. It`s called sin!

Be dressed in mercy, grace and salvaon. Accept His

gi, for us it is free. For Him it came at the highest price.

He became sin for us so that we can be blameless. He

sits at the right hand of His Father and pleads for us. Let

us not postpone. Take acon, go on your knees, repent

and be clothed in a wedding gown that no earthly decay

can damage. Li up your face, look life and all its

challenges squarely in the face and stop hiding. Be who

you are meant to be – be who He meant you to be!

Psalm 32:7 You are my hiding place; you will save me

from trouble. I sing aloud of your salvaon, because you

protect me.

Hebrews 1:10-12 He also said, "You, Lord, in the

beginning created the earth, and with your own hands

you made the heavens. They will disappear, but you will

remain; they will all wear out like clothes. You will fold

them up like a coat, and they will be changed like

clothes. But you are always the same, and your life

never ends."

(Ps 122 & Isaiah 62)

Pray for the SHALOM of Jerusalem!!!!

AN “ESTHER MOMENT” IN TIME …

We all know the story of Esther sounds like a fairy tale, but in fact it is more than a REAL STORY! Through the

life of this young woman, Yah worked to save her naon, the Jewish people, from total destrucon by a

powerful leader, Ahasuerus, in the book of Esther.

Could it be that Yah planted a dream deep inside of your heart as a hidden seed, an eternal dream waing

to be fulfilled at just the right me? The core of this dream is DIVINE DESTINY. Each one of us has so much

potenal. This story of Esther holds the secrets to broken dreams and desnies. In fact, it reveals wisdom

about your own future and desny.

Let me tell you about my “Esther moment” and desny not so long ago …

For many years now I had a dream and vision for the healing and restoraon of my naon, Namibia. My

dream of erecng a Healing Centre for Namibia was born in 1999. As a person born in South Africa and living

in Namibia for 21 years, at mes my husband and I considered going back to South Africa. Somemes I felt

so discouraged, because it was many years down the line and nothing had physically materialized. No doors

had opened up in this regard. It seemed as if the seed had died in the ground. However, during this me I

fell totally in love with my King! That was the only truth I had!

On a specific day and me, I had an encounter with Yah and I came to realise something big was going to

happen someme in the future. A few years later, I had another encounter, and thereaer it was confirmed

by Him that we had to stay in Namibia and not move away. Up unl today we have remained in Namibia.

Then, suddenly and unexpectedly, an intervenon from God came and our new ordained President, Hage

Geingob, invited a pastor and some delegates to the newly built Statehouse in Windhoek. And guess what –

I was invited as one of the delegates! He had the healing of the naon on his

agenda.

On the 9th of April 2015, finally the day arrived on which I was dressed up,

prepared and ready to go and enter the President’s Statehouse. As I entered the

recepon, I was greeted, and from the start all protocol was observed. I went

through the scanner, and was ready for the person at the li to take me through

to the right venue inside. As I entered the building, I realised THIS IS MY ESTHER

MOMENT. I looked around and observed everything possible: the beauful

lights, the colour of the pillars, the different areas – as if in a palace!

26

Hadassah – George—South Africa

(Ps 122 & Isaiah 62)

Pray for the SHALOM of Jerusalem!!!!

I was entering the “King’s” Palace… In the hall were people of the

Press and many other delegates were standing around, waing on

the President. Then the announcement came and the door opened.

His Excellency entered the room, greeng every one of us with a firm

handshake. He was followed by ten ministers. Everybody was

standing around the huge table, waing. The President sat down, and

all the others followed.

A presentaon was given, our requests were made known, the President responded

accordingly, and INSTANTLY the DOORS IN THE HEAVENLIES OPENED OVER MY LIFE; the doors I had been

waing for about sixteen years! Well, just to note that at this point in me, more discussions were to

follow.

“…and it was so, when the king saw Esther the queen standing in the court,

that she obtained favour in his sight:

and the king held out to Esther the golden sceptre that was in his hand.

So Esther drew near and touched the top of the sceptre.

Then said the king unto her, What wilt thou, queen Esther?

And what is thy request?

It shall be given thee to the half of the kingdom.”

(KJV – Esther 5:2&3)

Needless to say, when we were finished and I le the building, I was more than overwhelmed. Thank You

Abba. “…who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a me as this?” (KJV– Esther 4:14)

Do you have broken dreams, my friend? The revelaon of Esther can preserve you, but it can also ‘present’

you and change your future. Esther’s story is a prophecy of divine transformaon and elevaon. One day of

favour can be worth more than a lifeme of labour!

I bless you in the wonderful Name of Yahshua, the One always Present (Yehovah Shammah).

MISSION

(Jeremiah) 6:16 Thus says the Lord (YHWH): “Stand by the

roads and look; and ask for the eternal (ancient) paths,

where the good old way is; then walk in it, and you will find

rest for your souls. (KJV)

Our mission is to publish arcles which the various

contributors have studied and researched around Biblical

topics. These arcles will contain Biblical truths that are

intended to build up and teach the Bride of Yashua to prepare

herself to be spotless and ready for His coming.

VISION

Acts 3:19 + 21 So repent (change your mind and purposes);

turn around and return (to God YHWH), that your sins may

be erased (bloed out, wiped clean), that mes of refreshing

(recovering from the effects of heat, of reviving with fresh

air) may come from the presence of the Lord .(YHWH)

Whom heaven must receive (and retain) unl the me for

the complete restoraon of all that God (YHWH) spoke by

the mouth of all His holy prophets for ages past (From the

most ancient me in the memory of man). (AMP)

Our vision is to see that the “Bride” which is Yeshua’s “Church

Body” wake up out of her sleep, be restored to health and be

alert and open to the call of her Husband, the “BrideGroom”

that is Yashua.

Our vision is to ensure that with sound teachings the “Bride”

is nurtured and becomes skilled through the Wisdom that

comes from the Word of YHWH.

Our vision is to see that the Sons of Yah, the “Bride”, are

made known and revealed so that the earth can be released

from its bondage, and this is according to Romans 8:19.

Romans 8:19 For (even the whole creaon) all nature waits

expectantly and longs earnestly for God’s (YHWH) sons to be

made known (waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their

Sonship.) (AMP)

1 Peter 2: 9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a

dedicated naon, (God’s) own purchased, special people,

that you may set forth the wonderful deeds and display the

virtues and perfecons of Him Who called you out of

darkness into His marvelous light. (AMP)

Our vision is to see that the “Bride” will display the

virtues and perfecon of her High Priest Yashua, and

that she will, in addion to being a Son of Yah and the

“Bride”, take up her posion on the Royal Priesthood in

the ministry of reconciliaon on this earth.

We believe in the virgin birth

of the Messiach Yashua.

We believe that the Scriptures are the Word of Yah and

that Yashua is the revelaon of that Word.

We believe that Yashua is revealed prophecally in

all the Feasts of the Scriptures.

We believe that Yashua died for our sins

and that He was resurrected by the

Dunamis power of the Ruach HaKodesh. (Holy Spirit)

We believe that Yeshua returned to heaven on the day

of His resurrecon in order to present

His own blood as the final sacrifice,

And as the Ulmate High Priest,

before His throne of His Father, YHWH.

We believe that aer 40 days on earth,

Yeshua was taken up into the third Heaven,

from where He will come again one day to take

His Bride, and to judge the earth;

those who are sll alive and also those who have already died.

We believe that through His resurrecon,

He conquered death and sin and all disease.

We aspire to assist the Bride of Yashua

To arise from her slumber in order that she may be made whole

And present herself as a “Bride” who is prepared.

We wish to inspire all who read these arcles to greater heights.

We seek out the ancient Biblical pathways

In order to draw nearer to the truth, and weed out and avoid

the contaminaons that are a result of history and me.

We aim to follow the true biblical teachings, and to

invesgate, research and confirm by prayer

all we write and publish!

1. A name that cannot be translated.

2. God (Yah) stated clearly in scripture that the name of

His Son is in His name – therefore, as it is only

true when we use the original names of God,

we should use the original name. When

His name is translated this awesome truth, that is

much more important than on the first glimpse, is lost.

3. The evil one is hiding in many of the

translated names.

4. God (Yah) in scriptures demanded that we should

not use the names of other gods.

5. God (Yah) stated that the names of other

gods used for His Name, will be

taken away out of our mouths.

6. God (Yah) stated that He will not return
