Procedure

1. One person will get supplies2. Set down paper towel on your desk. Place

the yellow cup on top.3. Observe the sugar, then pour into the cup.4. Observe the yeast, then pour into cup. Stir.5. Are there any changes?6. Pour the water into the cup and stir gently.7. Set the cup aside and wait.
