All creatures, by their

essence, are bound

together in a unity, form together a

unity.

All creatures together constitute a whole

because and in so far as God is the source

and final end.

They cannot differ completely; what they have in common is that they are beings.

In relation to God, every creature is

absolute dependence

For this reason, God also is the absolute, final end of all creatures, person included, collectively as well as individually taken.

God is the final explanation and

ultimate source of

creation.

The individual person

is primarily dependence and

only secondarily independence.

A Person’s relationship with the State is primarily independence and secondarily dependence.

The State is for the Person not the Person for the State

In relation to the material cosmos, humankind is primarily and

formally self-affirmation, independence, autonomy;

secondarily, it is dependence.

GOD

(SOCIETY)

ABSOLUTE DEPENDENCE

Primarily Dependent,Secondarily Independent

Has supremacy over matter. (Harmony with Nature)

Primarily Independent,Secondarily Dependent

Every creature,

the person included,

is a dependence-independence

The human person is a being which through its total dependence on God, through its primary dependence and

secondary independence on humankind, through its secondary

dependence and non-essential dependence on the State, and finally through its supremacy over matter, affirms itself formally as spirit-in-matter through its mind and will.

Personality is realized only if a human being consistently realizes its:

radical dependence on

God

radical dependence on

God

primary dependence on, and secondary

independence of, the universe and

(hu)mankind

primary independence of,

and secondary dependence on,

the State

and finally its responsible care for the material world

To create a conducive environment

where PERSONS become

PERSONALITIES

Love is living one’s

relationship in its right

proportions of dependence

and independence

Love is living as a personality

Love is the foundation

of Law

Law is the objectification

of Love

Law, which is founded on Love, is the

foundation of a socio-political order

Assuming that Law is founded

on Love (that is, being a

personality),

to observe the Law is to take

care of the Common Good

Has something to do with the Person’s relationship with the Material Cosmos

Social Justice is made up of 3 interrelated types:

1. Commutative Justice 2. Legal Justice 3. Distributive Justice

Commutative Justice is that which governs the relationship between person and person.

Relationship is based on equality. A person gives me something; I

give something commensurate to what is being given. Example:

Employer and employee relationship.

Employer gives a wage commensurate to a contract of service with the employee.

Legal Justice is that which governs the relationship between person in relation to a group, community, or society.

It is the person making his/her contribution to a larger group or society. Example:

All persons are asked to pay taxes to the government.

Distributive justice is that which governs the relationship of society with the members of that society.

Distributive justice presupposes that society distributes equitably the common good to its members. Example:

The State distributes equitably goods and services to all people.

Is a composite of the three types of justice.

Any violation of one willy-nilly will lead to the violation of the rest.

Interrelated concepts based on

Sendenian Philosophy

Connotes balanced thinking, integral thinking.

“Any one-sidedness is a pulverization

of reality. It leads to nihilism.

It constitutes the social question.
