Educational Enhancement Trust Fund
A Fund set-up to distribute, the collected business donations of sales tax allowances,
back to our local County School Districts, for the purchase of new technological equipment
and teacher training in it’s use within the classrooms.

•F.A.C. 12A-1.056 (2) Sales Tax Collection Allowance
•All Businesses and/or Individuals authorized to collect Florida Sales Tax are eligible for a
remittance up to 2.5% of the first $1200.00 collected (Max. $30.00)•Voluntary Donation
•Donation must be noted on each submission; Monthly, Quarterly, Seasonal etc.
•Tax return must be on time and complete
