Register your Account 1. Go to HeraldNet.com/SubscriberCenter.
2. Look for the “Access your account” box and click on “Get started”.
3. From here you will be brought to the Self Service Center.
4. On the right- there will be a “Registration” option.
5. Make sure the “I AM a Subscriber” option is selected.
6. Enter your account number, last name, email address, and create a password.
7. Once your account information has been entered click the “Create Account” button.

8. You will be sent a registration confirmation email upon registration.
9. After creating your account, you will enter into the Self Service Center- where you can manage
your vacation holds, renew your subscription, change your address when you move, and more!

File a Vacation Hold 1. To file a vacation, hold on your paper select the “Vacations” option in your login page- here you
can add vacations, see any current, pending, or past vacation holds.
2. To enter your vacation date, select the “Add Vacation” option and you will be brought to a page
where you can enter the begin date and return date for your vacation and select the vacation
type which fits your needs.
3. Once your dates have been selected- click the “Save Changes” option.

4. You will receive an email confirmation when your vacation choice is complete.
5. After saving your changes you will be brought back to the Vacation’s page where you can review
your current, pending, and past vacations.
6. To return back to the main login page click the “Subscriptions” button.

File a Complaint 1. To file a complaint, select the “Complaint?” option in your login page- here you can file a
complaint, see pending complaints, and see complaints you have filed online in the past.
2. To file a complaint- click the “File a Complaint” button.
3. Select your complaint category in the drop down menu and add any additional comments- when
finished click “Submit Complaint”.
4. You will receive an email confirmation of your complaint once it has been filed.
5. After submitting your complaint, you will be taken back to “Complaint” page where you can
review pending or past complaints.
6. To return back to the main login page click the “Subscriptions” button.

Report a Missed Delivery 1. To report a missed delivery, select the “Missed Delivery” option on the login page- here you can
file any missed delivery and see past missed deliveries.
2. To file a missed delivery, select the “File New Missed Delivery” option.
3. Select the missed delivery category in the drop down menu, the date that your copy was missed
on, and add any additional comments- when finished click “File Missed Delivery”.
4. You will receive an email confirmation of your missed delivery once it has been filed.
5. After submitting your complaint you will be taken back to “Missed Delivery” page where you can
review pending or past missed deliveries.
6. To return back to the main login page click the “Subscriptions” button.

Moving? Update your address 1. To report a move select the “Moving” option on the login page- here you can file any missed
delivery and see past missed deliveries.
2. To enter your move, select the “Enter New Move” option.
3. Enter in the new address you are moving to and select the “Continue” option.
4. You will receive an email confirmation of your address change.

5. After submitting your complaint you will be taken back to “Move Maintenance ”page where you
can review, edit or remove your submitted move.

View Payments 1. To view any pending or past payments select the “View Payments” option on the login page.

Gift a Subscription 1. Gift a subscription by selecting the “Gift Subscription” section on the login page.
2. The gift subscription page will open in a new tab.
3. Your subscriber number and name will auto fill if you are logged into your account.
4. Enter in the recipient’s address and select the option to “Continue”.

5. After you select “continue” the subscription details will expand- here you can enter Recipient’s
information and billing information.
6. You will confirm your subscription in the final step- you will also be sent email confirmation and
the new subscriber will also be sent a notification email. You can exit the tab when completed.

Renew your subscription 1. To renew your subscription- select the “Renew” option in the subscriber information table.
2. Once on the renew page select your rate and then select “Continue”.
3. After selecting to continue you will be taken a page where you enter your billing address and
enter your credit card information- select “Renew Subscription” when complete.
4. You will receive email confirmation of your renewal payment, and will be able to check it in the
“Payments” option.

Update billing info 1. To update your billing information, select the “Edit Billing Info” option in the subscriber
information table.
2. On the update billing page select your rate, you will see your current billing information, as well
as places to enter in your updated billing information.
3. Update your billing information- select the “Submit” option to apply it to your account.

Update your Account 1. To update your account, select the “Update Account” option next to the “Subscriptions” option
on the login page.
2. Here you can update your email address, phone number and password.
3. When finished select the “Save Changes” button.

Start a Subscription 1. Not a current subscriber? Start your subscription today!
2. Select the “Start Subscription” option.
3. Once at the subscription page-enter your zip code and use the drop-down menu to choose the
type of subscription you would like to start and select to “Check Availability”

4. If a subscription is available in the zip code, you entered- then you will be able to select the
subscription that best fits your needs. Enter in your delivery address and payment information
5. You will be sent a confirmation email with an activation link to activate your account.

Accessing your digital account
Print with Digital Subscription 1. Go to HeraldNet.com/SubscriberCenter.
2. Look for the “Access your Account” box and click on “Get Started”.
3. From here you will be brought to the Self Service Center.
4. If you have already created your online account in the Self Service Center for your print
subscription, then look on the left- for the will be a “Subscriber Sign In” option.
a. Enter the email address and password and sign in to get access
5. If you have NOT created your online account in Self Service Center for your print subscription,
then look on the right- there will be a “Registration” option

b. Enter your account number, last name, email address, and create a password.
c. Click “Create Account” to login and get digital access
6. Once you have logged in to your account, sign in on HeraldNet.com to keep your full access

Digital-Only Subscription If you created a digital-only subscription on or before September 30, 2016, follow these steps to sign-
in and keep unlimited digital access, if you are looking to start a digital subscription go to page 16.
1. Go to HeraldNet.com/SubscriberCenter.
2. Look for the “Calling all digital-only subscribers” box and click on “Re-register today”.
3. From here you will be brought to the Self Service Center.
4. On the left- there will be a “Subscriber Sign-In” option.
5. Enter the email address used for your digital account as both your email address and password
7. Once you have created and logged into your account, update your billing information and
password, and then sign in at HeraldNet.com to keep full access

5. To update your password, so that it is no longer your email address, select “Update Account”
