CAREER BACKGROUND: Belinda MJ. Brown brings extensive experience across multiple industries to her work in executive and leadership coaching. As global leadership and executive coach, Belinda has helped leaders successfully enhance their performance in a wide range of areas including leadership and communication skills, and organizational culture transformation. She has also consulted with companies in the areas of organization design and development, talent development and diversity management. Prior to her coaching and consulting work, Belinda spent over 15 years in roles in European and American multinational organizations such as Carrefour, Renault, Brambles and Walt Disney Worldwide. She developed cross functional relationships within Business units located in Europe, Asia and America.
There, she developed and implemented cost reduction and risk management strategies to drive organizational growth and effectiveness. Along with her leadership responsibilities, she was involved in the creation of programs to develop talents and managers for Carrefour and Shurgard Self Storage Europe.

Communicator and Enhance Communication and Collaboration, Women Lead their Way. Designed and conducted organizational Visioning workshops to engage leaders at multiple levels in

EDUCATION: Belinda studied Common Law and French Law for 3 years in University Paris XIII. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Sourcing and Category Management from IFOCOP, Paris, France and has completed additional professional certifications in supply chain and contract negotiation. She also received certification as Certified Professional Coach (CPC) by the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and a certification as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation. ADDITIONAL CREDENTIALS: Belinda has coached and consulted with leaders internationally including Europe, Americas, and Asia.
