GENERAL NOTES· The drawings are based on limited site dimensions (a full 3D

· All water-proofing and damp-proofing works to architectsdetails. The membranes havebeen designed, specified and detailed by the architect or themanufacturers and to be installed as per their drawings.
· All floor separation details and acoustic insulation are to thearchitects details.

EXISTING STRUCTURES· Duty: Check proposed methods of work for effects on
structures inside and outside the boundary.· Supports: During execution of the Works:
- Provide and maintain all incidental shoring, strutting,needling and other supports as may be necessary topreserve stability of existing structures on the site oradjoining, that may be endangered or affected by theWorks.
- Do not remove until new work is strong enough tosupport existing structure.
- Prevent overstressing of completed work when removingsupports.

RISK ASSESSMENTAs the designer of the structure for this project an assessment of the construction risks has been carried out and it is considered that a competent builder would be able toconstruct this project using appropriate temporary works. Attention is drawn to the table of element sizes which provide the approximate weight of the steel elements.Any particular risks are noted in the appropriate location in the drawings with the following symbol:
