Join us for the second annual Rutgers Translate-a-thon, dedicated to bringing together students and speakers of many different languages around short-term translation projects that benefit the RU community and beyond. Bring your language skills, curiosity, and a laptop if you have one and work with us on....
o translating poetry, video games, and community partners’ documents from Spanish to English & English to Spanish...
o translating Wikipedia articles from French and English into Arabic...
o translating K-Pop lyrics and Korean poetry into English... (1-3:30 PM)
o translating an episode of Valerii Todorovskii’s “Оттепель [The Thaw]” from Russian into English...
o translating RU Writing Program documents, Chinese to English & English to Chinese
