As a student of Seabreeze High School, I understand that academic dishonesty defeats the purpose of education. Cheating, plagiarism, stealing, and lying are neither acceptable nor tolerated. Every task and accomplishment will be a true refl ection of my effort.

Dear Seabreeze Family,

Seabreeze High School is a high performing school consistently rated in the top 100 high schools in Florida and I’m confi dent it will con nue on that path. It is a privilege and a pleasure to serve all of our parents, #1 SANDCRAB STUDENTS, and community members. I am excited and honored to be your Principal! I am very much a believer in the “Team Volusia” concept. I believe that our faculty, staff, students, parents, and community members will accomplish many great things for students as a TEAM. The most important Guiding Principle leading our team’s vision is that: EACH CHILD WILL LEARN, progressing forward academically during the 2016-2017 school year. I believe it is of utmost importance to be visible in the community promo ng our students’ numerous achievements. I have established a Seabreeze “ me” at the Ormond Beach Chamber mee ngs informing local business owners of all things Seabreeze. Every Wednesday between 8:05-8:15 in the morning I give school updates on WSBB AM 1230 (Unless I am unavailable due to district mee ngs). Be sure to tune in to fi nd out the latest Sandcrab news!

Our fi rst grading period ends October 20th. Report cards will be distributed October 28th. Grades will be available on Parent Portal October 25th. Please monitor with your students their progress via their Gradebook account. If there are any concerns about grades, conduct or a endance, I encourage you to make an appointment with your student’s counselor so these issues may be addressed in me for improvement.

Homecoming Week 2016 is scheduled for the week of October 10th and it will be another fantas c event organized by our SGA. Spirit Week will take place Monday through Friday of that week. Following that event will be our tradi onal evening pep rally for students and alumni. Our fi gh ng Sandcrabs will play the Barracudas of New Smyrna Beach on Friday night with kickoff at 7pm.
