Product Description:

This is a ready to use liquid which provides a revolutionary, radical approach to preparing mesh for emulsion coating and film application. This unique union of water based polymeric components will simply eliminate many of the common problems experienced in screen making. Pinholes and fish eyes are eliminated. Thick and thin spots on emulsion coated screens will disappear. Screens look and feel smoother. Print life is extended. Screens rinse out easily. Mesh reclaims simply. For use as a degreaser, mix with up to 20 parts water.

Special features:• Perfect incorporates a unique mesh treatment which eliminates pinholes and fish eyes. Case studies document up to 98% reduction! This results in better quality screens and dramatic reductions in labor and supplies used for touch up.

• Cleans and prepares the mesh more thoroughly than conventional products ensuring better adhesion, durability and image definition.

• Conditions the mesh to allow smooth, uniform flow of direct emulsions. The result is better thickness control, elimination of thin weak spots and reduced squeegee wear.

• Will provide better emulsion and film adhesion, smoother surface and more uniformity which directly results in longer print durability at the press.

• May be reduced with 20 parts water and used as a simple mesh degreaser.

Application for use as a degreaser:• Make sure screen is clean of any ink, emulsion or other contaminants.• Mix 1:20 with water.• Pre Rinse both sides of the mesh with water.• Apply to the (well) ink and print side of the screen by brush, wipe, scrub pad or spray, and scrub product in.• Rinse screen beginning at the top, with a low pressure, flood rinse, until the entire product is gone. • Rinse again, making sure there is no residue on the mesh or frame.

Application for use as a emulsion/stencil enhancer (mesh prep/wetting agent):• Clean and reclaim screen with approved screen cleaning and reclaiming products. • Apply undiluted to the entire (well) ink side mesh surface by brush, wipe, scrub pad or spray. Let the product dwell on the mesh for a minute. • Rinse screen beginning at the top, with a low pressure, flood rinse, until the entire product is gone. • Rinse again, making sure there is no residue on the mesh or frame. • Dry the screen and apply emulsion or film as soon as possible. *If uncoated screen is exposed to contaminants, tack or brush off before applying stencil.

An environmentally approved, 100% active, virtually odor free textile ink remover which can be effectively used at the press and in the reclaim area. Cuts ink fast and quickly dries for on press color changes, screen opening or saved screens.

Special features:

• Has no odor which makes the job of color changes and screen reclaiming much more pleasant.

• Dries fast . . . providing a safe, odor-free alternative to mineral spirits, aerosol screen opener and other hot, hazardous, flammable solvents.

• Will not "lock in" photopolymer emulsions and films which allows for quick, easy reclaiming.

• Contains no hazardous substances (no TLV’s, no PEL’s) which provides a better workplace environment.

• Non-flammable (flash point of 142°F) which makes it safer for handling, storage and rag disposal than conventional solvents.

• Not SARA (Superfund Amendments Reauthorization Act) reportable which requires less solvent monitoring and paperwork.

• May be applied manually or a recirculating system, or in an enclosed, automatic screen washing system, providing superior product life and economy.

Application for use at the press:

• Scrape all excess ink from screen. • Apply by squirt bottle, pneumatic sprayer or by rag to the (well) ink side of the screen. • Thoroughly agitate ink with a rag or scrubber, then wipe up all dissolved ink. • Reapply if necessary and follow with a dry rag, wipe on both sides of the screen. • The screen will be ready for printing or tape application within 10 - 15 seconds.




Special features:• A reduced hazard, biodegradable stain remover which will contribute to a safer work environment compared to many hazardous ghost and haze removers.

• Dissolves stains fast (1-5 minutes), which provides a quicker alternative to stain removers that require hours of dry time to work effectively.

Follow with a high pressure rinse on entire screen. • *Prolonged contact time may cause mesh breakdown.

EZ-1003 Stain & Haze RemoverProduct Description:

Environmentally approved, biodegradable, 100% active, fast acting, low odor, ready to use liquid designed to quickly and thoroughly dissolve all ink stains, emulsion residue/stains and ghost images from all types of screen printing mesh. Will remove all stains created by solvent, water base, UV and textile inks with fewer hazards and less mesh destruction than harsh ghost and haze removers.

EZ-1005 One Step Ink Cleaner & Emulsion Remover


This is a One Step Ink Cleaner & Emulsion Remover in the form of a liquid cleaner which provides a revolutionary, streamlined approach to cleaning and reclaiming textile printing screens. When used as directed, this unique, inexpensive product dissolves plastisol and water base ink, water soluble screen blockout, direct emulsion and capillary film as well as tape adhesive residue. Textile screens can be cleaned for pennies by combining many of the cleaning processes into one. A low odor, non-flammable (NO flash point), biodegradable, non-hazardous product which will provide the benefits of less labor, less expense and improved efficiency to the screen cleaning and reclaiming operation.

EZ-1007 Stencil Remover Concentrate




EZ-1007 Stencil Remover Concentrate is a revolutionary, liquid, emulsion remover concentrate which is engineered to quickly and aggressively dissolve all direct emulsions, capillary and high density films with ease. This is the lowest cost emulsion remover on the market and the only concentrate which ships as non-hazardous.

Special features:

• Does not ship as a hazardous commodity, reducing shipping and storage hazards and expense.

• The most flexible concentrate in the industry. It can be mixed at ratios from 1 part chemical to 10 parts water up to 1 part chemical to 30 parts water, which provides the ultimate in reclaiming economy.

• Work place approved, which allows compliance with the strictest standards for employee exposure, air emissions and effluent disposal.

EZ-1008 Stencil Remover is a liquid, ready to use stencil remover/degreaser. This product was developed for use where premixing with water is not practical. Quickly and effectively dissolves all direct emulsions, direct/indirect stencils as well as capillary films.
