ICT（Information and Communication

Technology，情報通信技術）の活用で，

インターネットがあれば各地がつながる．

Purpose of the project <Spreading each localized science and technology>

Few opportunities to touch knowledge and experiences of science and technology

because of absence of universities and colleges, and traffic inconvenience pre-

vents people from travelling.

Problems

Rich interaction using ICT, which can eliminate long distance between people, to

provide advanced education for every generation and to broadcast localized at-

tractive and focused issues of the islands

Procedure

Synergy effects with multiple islands to tackle subjects of promotion, which can be

emerged by newly created economic activities from knowledge and skills of sci-

ence and technology
