special needs updated for our files.
o If your child has any unreported special needs: allergies, distinct diet, new medication
administered (at home or center), IEP, 504, or any other concerns or conditions you may
have discussed with the pediatrician. We need to be informed so that our teachers
have a plan of action in place.
