Post Graduate Programs (PGP) in two cohorts namely: Business Leadership Program (BLP) and

Human Resource Leadership Program (HRLP).

Situated in sec-44, Gurgaon, SOIL has been uniquely co – created by an industry consortium

consisting of companies which believe in SOIL and its value proposition. SOIL focuses on addressing

the need of skilled talent in the industry by enriching students with leadership development and

Inspired Leadership Conference

Inspired Leadership Conference, ILC, is a stimulating platform for thought leadership where inspiring

leaders, working professionals and students create synergy through discussions and competitions on

a leading-edge theme.

ILC is the flagship conference which reverberates SOIL philosophy of creating 'inspired leaders'

capable of changing the society and producing an impact.

The theme of ILC 2017 is, 'Technovation: Connecting dots and touching lives', which aims at

understanding the two major disruptions, technology and innovation, in greater depths.

ILC hosts various panel discussions and provides an opportunity to discuss and debate the challenges

ahead. The conference will look at some key areas which are necessary to design sustainable and

socially responsible decisions.

Students from several colleges also participate in competitions and present their skills to judges with

splendid industrial experience.

The outcome of ILC is two-fold: an exposure to influential minds and an opportunity to network with

people of varied experiences.

"Changing Landscape of Payments in India"

A Strategy even a great one, doesn’t implement itself. This case study competition will require you to investigate the given business problem, examine the alternative solutions, and propose the most effective solution using supporting evidence.

The participating teams would provide critic on the case study and solution for the problem stated. Teams are required to prepare a re-positioning marketing strategy, including the branding, sales promotion strategies in a profitable manner.

RULES:

A team must comprise of 2-3 members.

Team members must be of same college.

A team member cannot register in more than one team.

In case of discrepancies, decision of the judges/event organizers will be final.

Organizers reserve the right to change the Timelines.

“Markets can remain irrational, longer than you can remain solvent“, which is why the finance club of School of Inspired Leadership is keen to conduct the ultimate portfolio management event - Risk and Rewards. Gear up to ruminate and showcase your portfolio management skills as well as your expertise in playing around with stocks.

Get ready to be judged by a panel of experts on parameters like depth of analysis, industry analysis and many others. The team which masters the event in terms of technical or fundamental abilities to sport its financial acumen with a minimized risk would be the winner.

RULES

Participation is open to all students pursuing any Bachelors/ Masters/ Post-graduate degree

Participation may be individual or in teams of maximum 3 members

Teams can be comprised of participants from the same college/institution or from various colleges /institutions

The participants who are selected for Round 2, presentation round, will be informed at a later date

The decision of the judges and organizing committee will be final in all respects

ROUNDS

Round One (Online):

Teams would be tested on fundamental concepts related to equity analysis, derivatives and financial markets following which the top ten teams to qualify would move to the final round.

Round Two (On Campus):

Parameters of evaluation along with the requirements and other essential details will be communicated to the qualifying teams post-Round One.

The Inspired Leadership Conference’17 brings to you the mind boggling business quiz to encourage

students to explore their knowledge in various disciplines of business world and the amalgamation

of technology and innovation to make a business opportunities. The Quiz would be revolving around

the theme of ILC i.e. “Technovation”.

Our flagship business quiz - INQUIZITO, is for the business and technology freaks. Compete with top

teams across the country and show them who the quizzing prodigies in town are!

RULES:

It is an open business quiz in which cross teams of corporate and Business schools can

participate.

Each team must have maximum of three members.

Cross-college teams are not allowed

No registration fee.

Use of mobile or other electronic device is not allowed.

Round 1: Preliminary Round (Online)

A screening event to test your business acumen. On Campus Rounds: Round 2: Business Awareness Round

Miscellaneous questions from business world comprising of current affairs and general knowledge

about the business world.

Round 3: Theme based round

"Let's See How You Plan"

It's time to pick, combine, create and strategise from an array of rural merchandises. If you want the rural India to grow at the same pace as urban India and want to be a part of that transformation then come and exhibit your skills, its time NOW!!

Design a Business Plan which can influence the rural market in today's world. The following should be included in the business plan:

5C analysis

STP

Means for advertising their product The participating teams would select a bouquet of products from a list provided by the event organizers which are coming from rural areas for which they need to prepare a marketing plan, including the branding and sales promotion strategies.

RULES

Team size: Maximum 4 members

Individual cannot be part of more than 1 team

Timing for the complete process should be 30 minutes

The next 30 minutes will be used for the judges to analyse and evaluate Services can also be presented

Can also act/perform in case of video advertisements

The decision of the judges/organizers shall be final and binding on all contestants

Max. two teams per college are allowed for participation

Competition will consist of one round to be held at campus

A team should have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 15 members(Including all helpers)

Teams have to bring their own props and costumes

The maximum duration for the play is 10 minutes

Use of fire/water/smoke machines on stage/in close proximity of stage is not permitted.

Script should be original/ self-written and should not be copied, if found guilty, would result in disqualification of team.

Language can be Hindi/English or Bi-Lingual

Exceeding time limit will attract a penalty of marks

Decision of judges will be final and non-disputable
