To enhance the quality and learning of both staff and students. Fostering a healthy, respectful and compassionte work place for all. Promote peace, harmony, self respect, dignity and compassion. Use progressive discipline/corrective discipline when dealing with issues that emerge with students. Identifying the major and minor incidents with feedback from the Safe Schools Committee. Provide parents, staff and students immediate feedback on the progressive discipline approach utilized.
