Staff has or will have Anaphylaxsis training twice yearly School Safety and Progressive Discipline as well as Bussing regular items on agenda for meetings -Three Safe Schools Committee Meetings with all members 3x yearly

Ongoing - Video Surveillance established with buzzing system on front door - continual practice of fire drills and lockdowns - at least 2 First Aid certificate members onsite - children with severe allergies are documented and on display in the front office - Safety and health bulletins sent out to parent community -work with Police School Liaison and Neighbourhood patrols for ongoing vandalism concerns on weekends -ongoing work with the TCDSB Facilities department to improve identified areas needing upgrades

Addressing Bullying Issues amongst students on and off school grounds

Progressive Discipline plans being set with the student body with considerable consideration to special needs children.

Board-wide resources In progress - Social worker and Guidance counsellor have provided school with 'Anti-Bullying' programs and a webcast teachers can use in their programs. - VP conducting social skills group sessions with particular classes - CSAC to provide parent 'safety or parenting tip' on resources and advice available to the school community -Through our School Liaison officer teaching sessions to be implemented on a variety of topics: Bullying, Cyberbullying, Peer Pressure, Drug Abuse, etc specific to Grade levels outline by Toronto Police -Bullying information sessions and dialogues with the school guidance counselor throughout the year -School theatrical presentations to be inclusive and speak to the topics of bullying, self-esteem, etc.

Addressing bullying, cyberbullying and Internet Safety Issues with Junior and Intermediate students

-Divisional meetings with principal and students to discuss the hazards, the safety and the implications; -introduce Internet safety posters within the school and in a newsletter or "Did You Know?" segment on the school website re: Cyberbullying/Facebook/etc.

Board-wide resources In progress - Staff will be inserviced by Safe Schools rep on bullying and cyberbullying - students will receive presentation on the topics as well by police liaison - Safe Schools Committee is taking part in Safe at School 'Bullying Prevention Program' through the ministry
