It has been lovely to see the Christmas jumpers on show, it certainly brings a great deal of brightness and happiness, and a lot of excitement. We thank parents and carers for the kind donations which will go towards the Save the Children charity associated with Christmas Jumper Day. Next week, we are looking forward to a slightly different Crib Service. Doing everything in love, go and do likewise

This week in school, in amongst all of the fantastic work that the children have been completing, we have taken time to think about what we are thankful for, especially at this time of year. Matt Baker and Father Steve have organised for the children, in year group bubbles, to visit the Church for traditional stories, with musical accompaniment from Matt on the accordion and the Church organ. Also, a certain someone will join via video link with a special message for the Blue Coat children!

A scene from the Year 1 Nativity video – so nice to see the children dressed up in costume, even though we couldn’t put on the usual performance this year. Video to follow next week!
