SCHEDULE AT A GLANCE GENERAL INFORMATION
Booth Selection for 2015Current exhibitors may reserve prime booth locations for the 2015 Digital Signage Expo by visiting the space selection office located in the Digital Signage Expo booth, 105, on the exhibit floor during your pre-assigned space selection appointment. If you are in-terested in exhibiting but are not currently a 2014 DSE exhibitor, please feel free to stop by the booth selection office or contact Jeanne Phillips at [email protected], 770-817-5903.
ConferencesDozens of educational seminars are offered Tuesday through Friday. Seminar descrip-tions are included in this directory. You will need a registration badge and session ticket to attend any of the sessions. Tickets may be purchased at registration at “New Attendee Assisted Registration” — silver carpet. Sessions are located at either the Sands or Venetian Meeting Rooms. Be sure to check your ticket for session location and room number.

Electronic DevicesAs a courtesy to convention attendees, DSE requests that all electronic devices (cell phones, PDAs, etc.) be turned off during educational sessions. If it is necessary to use your cell phone, please step outside the meeting room to an area that will not disturb other attendees.
Food ServiceFood is available for purchase in the Exhibit Hall at the Sands Bistro from 8:00am – 5:00pm on both Wednesday and Thursday. The Sands Bistro is on the right side of the Exhibit Hall across from Booth #1329. The Bistro will serve assorted breakfast items, salads, cold and hot sandwiches, fresh-made pizza, fresh fruit, various hot and cold beverages, as well as assorted snacks and candies. In addition, food and beverage options will also be available on both days from 8:00am – 5:00pm at Café Presse, located on the Level One Main Lobby of the Sands Expo Center (near the DSE Registra-tion area). Café Presse will feature gourmet pastries, snacks and assorted hot and cold beverages, including cappuccino, espresso, latte and smoothies.

Lead RetrievalYour badge serves as your electronic busi-ness card, helping you to make the most of your time on the show floor. Exhibitors will scan your badge to ensure timely follow-up of information you have requested.
PhotographsOnly registered press and approved vendors are allowed to take photos on the show floor or in the conference rooms.
Press RoomA working press room is located in the Lower Registration Lobby, across from New Attendee Assisted Registration. This area is designated for all credentialed media attendees, and offers ample work space and beverage refreshments. Media must be prepared to show credentials upon entering the room.

Press attendees will also obtain their show badges at this location. Speaker Ready RoomA room has been reserved for speakers and moderators participating in the DSE Conference Program. Presenters wishing to practice their presentation or review their audio-visual materials can use the Speaker Ready Room, which is located next to the Meeting Planner’s Office in the Venetian Lobby. This room will be available on Tuesday from noon to 5:00pm and on Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30am - 4:00pm
