Quantity Barcodes

Scan & Go Ordering System Instructions

STEP 1: Scan the Page Barcode• Locate the barcode on the bottom of the page containing the item you wish

to order.• Hold the scanner approximately three to four inches above the barcode.

The scanning beam should be wider than the width of the barcode.• Press the large + button on the scanner. The scanner will beep

when you have successfully scanned the barcode.

STEP 2: Scan the Item Barcode• On the fold-out page containing the Item Barcodes, found in the back of the catalog,

scan the barcode that matches the item number for the product you wish to order.Note: The item number is the number found to the right of the part number.

STEP 3: Scan the Quantity Barcode• If you only wish to order a quantity of one of the item you scanned, there is no

need to do any additional scanning for this item.• If you would like to order a quantity of two, scan the Item Barcode twice.• If you wish to order a quantity of more than two, you can scan the Item Barcode

multiple times or scan the desired Quantity Barcode found on the fold-out page. Note: The Quantity Barcodes are additive in nature. For example, if you want to

order a quantity of fifteen, simply scan the Quantity Barcode for ten and the Quantity Barcode for five.

STEP 4: Repeat • Repeat Steps 1 through 3 for each product you wish to order.

STEP 5: Order Supplies • When you are finished scanning, plug the scanner into the

scanner cord attached to your PC. • Our online ordering site will automatically open with the items you scanned,

pre-loaded into a shopping cart. Note: You may be prompted to enter a user id and password first.

STEP 6: Review Your Order • You may now edit quantities, add, delete or change any of the items in

your cart. You can also print this page as a requisition to give to your purchasing department to order later.

STEP 7: Review Your Order • Complete the steps required to check-out and submit your order.

HOW THE PUMP WORKS: Your coolant is drawn in through the bottom port (A) and metered by the adjustable screw (B) for a constant amount of water being drawn in through the fitting (C) on the other side. The entire arm (D) moves back and forth so that your coolant is being injected into the water stream. The mixing occurs at the exit fitting (E), and proceeds to your coolant sump. You can watch what is being drawn in the clear coolant block, and you know the unit is working perfectly by seeing the draw arm moving.
