Responsible for Operation’s of All India 32 Third Party Manufacturing units.Responsiblle for Production Planning and Control of All Third Party units Quartely, Monthly, Weekly.Review of QMS & FSMS and compliances related to FSSAI.Responsible for Quality supply of Material, ensure compliances internal & External. Planning day-to-day activities, production scheduling, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, CFT meeting, new launches, Budget & Capax, Projets.Responsible for new unit finalization & start Operation, Reouurce management.Ensuring shipping dates/ schedules according to sales order/ forecast.Business Process analyst.Using Lean concept Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity by maximization of machine capacity.Preparing SOPs, manuals & work instructions for production operations for the unit and maintaining MIS/ reports for facilitating decision making by the management.Responsible for Internal & Eternal Audits for all Third Pary Units.Impart continuous on job training to the subordinates to enhance their operational efficiencies.

Manager production.Nirula’s is an ISO-22000 certified largest restaurant chain in North India leading by MNC Navies Group of Malaysia.We have centralized production unit in Noida, with different production divisions like Bakery, Confectionery, Fruit Processing Unit, Ice-Cream and Kitchen.

Significant Accomplishments

Successfully implementation of SAP (PP Module) at shop floors, I was only the CTM (Core Team Member) in SAP Project (PP-Module).Successfully implementation of Lean Manufacturing concept at Production.Increasing the Oven Capacity by rescheduling the Production planning in Bakery & confectionery shop floor.Decreasing the Boiler run hrs 3 hrs/Day by rescheduling the production planning.Increasing the machine capacity by using VSM tools.Increasing the inventory turn over ration at store by using Lean concept.Control on R & M and power & fuel cost by using Lean concept.Contributing successfully achieving budgeted EBITDA.For better cash flow, decreasing the inventory levels 11 days to 6 days .
