MASS AT OUR LADY OF THE SNOWS, ALTA, UTAH The celebration of the Eucharist on Sundays resumed at Our Lady of the Snows Chapel at Alta, Utah Sunday, December 1st. Mass is at 5:00PM. The chapel is located directly across from the Alta Lodge and below the Alta City offices. Mass will continue throughout the ski season ending the end of April. Mass on Christmas and Easter will be at 10:00AM. Please join us for mass after a day of recreation in the Little Cottonwood Canyon.

The next session for Confirmation Candidates will be on Sunday, January 26 at 1-3PM in the Ben-vegnu Center. FIRST RECONCILIATION AND FIRST HOLY COMMUNION Parents and children are working together preparing for the sacraments. Their next session will be the parent and child retreat on January 12, 2020 at 1:30PM in the Benvegnu Cen-ter. FAITH FORMATION
All children Pre-K thru 8th grade who do not attend a Catholic school should attend Sunday Faith Formation classes. This is an opportunity to learn more about their Catholic faith, form relationships with other Catholic families, and prepare to re-ceive the Sacraments of First Reconciliation, First Communion, and Confirmation. Because Dec. 8, 2019 is the Second Sunday of Advent, the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary is transferred to Monday, Dec. 9. The obligation to attend Mass, does not transfer to Mon-day but we encourage you to attend Mass.
