    Recruitment and Exit :

    Recruiting and selecting candidates as per the requirement of Chennai Branch.

    Completion of documents formalities of selected candidate after approved by Branch Head.

    Forward all the documents regarding selected candidate to Hrd, HO.

    Conducting induction program for selected candidates and given necessary training

    Exit formalities of all staff

    Registers and files.

    Maintaining HRO files

    Maintain daily Attendance

    Maintain Leave records of employees, salary increments, promotions, resignations.

    Maintain all ESI and PF details of all the employee.

    HO Correspondence.

    Forwarding bills and all supportive documents (rent, electricity, telephone etc) to centralized

    payment department HO for payment and follow up till it comes.

    Forwarding documents regarding salary increments, promotions transfer and resignations of

    employees to HO

    Monthly attendance statement to HO

    Discipline :

    Office should be clean

    See that no employee should arrive late.

    Checking whether employee are comm. Proper dress Code or not.

    Look after administration of Branch.

    Maintenance of all computers and other office equipments.
