Sarah Bovine, Brown-Forman's Senior Onboarding Specialist, is responsible for managing and administering our global onboarding program, which ensures all new Brown-Forman employees are set up for success from day one. It is role that she has held for nearly two years and one that she proudly

handles part-time -- allowing her the flexibility to continue a professional career while spending time with three young children at home!

Sarah has been a dedicated Brown-Forman employee for more than six years, serving previously as Senior Employee Experience Program Specialist where she managed the company's recognition programs as well as other programs and events designed to make Brown-Forman a great place to work. She is a member of GROW, our women's resource group dedicated to building strong, empowered women!
