SAP2000:Creating a New Model• In the menu click File Menu > New Model.• There are many options for the template. For

our example click “Grid Only”

SAP2000:Creating Grids• The “Quick Grid lines” window will appear as

shown below. • This option only sets uniform spacing for all the

grids. This could be edited later.
