6 weeks: -

The 80 interns will be divided into 8 groups of 10 people each, and then they will work

with (given sessions) 8 groups of students of school for four different issues or topics. The

interns can give their choice of issue. The options available are:

1. Environment: Importance, pollution, conservation, Global Warming

2. Leadership: The right concept, leadership skills, how to be a good leader.

3. Child Rights: Issues, Causes, real time issues related to this cause.

4. Terrorism/corruption: Adverse effects of terrorism and corruption in an economy.

5. Health Related Issues: Diseases (ex. HIV AIDS/Cancer), critical methods to avoid

them.

Week wise agenda:

Week 1: Introduction, and induction

Week 2: Learning the skills by college and be a part of the event organized

for them and show their best skills and activities

Week 3: Sessions in class rooms of students

Week 4: Organize some interesting and new activities based on the issues

given to the group.

Week 5: Global village preparation and event

Week 6: Case studies, documentaries, Rewards for the best performing

students and for the interns, departure.

DAILY SCHEDULE

6 am to 8 am: Sports: running, swimming, basket ball

8.30 am to 10 am: Breakfast and rest

10am to 12 pm: Session discussions amongst the EP groups.

12 pm to 1 pm: Session, activities in the classes of the students

1 pm to 3 pm: Lunch and rest

3pm to 5 pm: working in the big groups of EPs

5 pm to 5.30 pm: High tea

5.30 p to 6.30 pm: Group discussion on the social issues and making

report day wise on one issue each day

7pm to 9 pm: Work in the smaller group of EP and make the next day

presentation.

9pm to 10 pm: dinner time and relax.

10pm to 12pm: for further discussions or games or something indoor or

rest.

the school

Week 2: Interns will be trained for management skills by the college and then

they will be a part of the event organize by the college and also show their talent

in that

1 Sessions for art and craft and dancing and sports depending on the groups.

3 Preparation of the event and EPs will be trained for management.

students.
