This will also be recorded in the Container Tracking History:

When statuses MAL, MCL or CRP are created, the container number is no longer displayed against an orange background, as it is no longer in repair. The [End Repair] button is again disabled.

Page 34: Samskip User Guide Container Maintenance

3.2 Deleting records

This is a typical container Repair History:

If the user tries to delete the last record, status MCL, by clicking on the X button on the button tool

bar, he will get the following warning message:

Page 35: Samskip User Guide Container Maintenance

Samskip User Guide Container Maintenance & Repair

Document Ref: Container Maintenance & Repair Page 35 of 38 Date of Issue: 9 August 2007 Revision: 0.1

2007 Four Soft UK Ltd.

The user must therefore delete the MCL in PFS0055, Resource Tracking Modification:

Having successfully deleted the MCL status here, he next tries to delete the status MRP. He gets the following message:

Page 36: Samskip User Guide Container Maintenance

Samskip User Guide Container Maintenance & Repair

Document Ref: Container Maintenance & Repair Page 36 of 38 Date of Issue: 9 August 2007 Revision: 0.1

2007 Four Soft UK Ltd.

Going back to Repair History again, he must delete the CTL, RP and WO sub-statuses (in that order, i.e., most recent first). If he tries to delete, say, the WO first, he will get the following message:

CTL, RP and finally WO are deleted in turn:

Document Ref: Container Maintenance & Repair Page 37 of 38 Date of Issue: 9 August 2007 Revision: 0.1

2007 Four Soft UK Ltd.

Now he can return to the Tracking Modification screen and delete the MRP:

This functionality has been designed to ensure that the Repair History and Container

Tracking History are maintained in correct synchronisation.
