We developed and marketed digital content that helps people manage their diet for a healthier lifestyle. We achieved 3,000 new visitors per month within the first 3 months. Within 6 months, of content monetization, we achieved 150% return on investment.

SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH - 2 (AdoRoi – Marketing Science Innovation Company)
I assisted in the development of O2O Click, a product that helps online campaigns track offline phone conversions. The marketing plan for this product’s launch was formulated and partially executed by me, including the making of promotional videos, organizing launch seminars, etc.

STRATEGY1. We commenced working on the account towards the end of October 2010.
2. Under my guidance, my team implemented a massive setup for Search, with over 120,000 keywords and over 15,000 ads
3. Keywords for every best-selling / high-value product available on the website.
4. Product-related searches took visitors to the relevant product page directly.
5. Other related searches led to website’s own search results page (dynamic keyword insertion designed and implemented by me).
6. Sale Value tracking implemented and bid management strategy based on Cost Per Value (CPV).

INFERENCESMany movable parts:
A basic search engine marketing campaign for a single product, say "headphones", involves identifying and managing as many as 20,000 keywords, grouping them, writing and testing as many as 2000 ad copies.
I also have to constantly measure various performance metrics including keyword bids, costs, ad performance, website conversion, visitor behaviour and so on.
I manage several thousand such products. To this end, I apply creativity and innovative thinking in managing people and processes to achieve specifically-quantified goals for which we are accountable.
Integrated approach: I track data from traditional media and leverage its effects in an integrated
manner in my campaigns. Studying online search and visit behaviour enables me to also optimize content placement, product pricing, web-page layout, visitor flow and marketing funnels.
